I rented a car, paid over $58.00, and when I arrived on time at the airport, the car company stated I was a "no show" as I was on the phone with them to get picked up at the off site car rental designated area. I arrived on time! When I made the car reservations, I noted on the form the time of flight arrival. I contacted the car rental company on schedule, (don't every use Mex Rent A Car!), they were rude and didn't offer any assistance. When I contacted Economy Bookings, they stated they contacted the car rental company who said I was a "no show". A big rip off and poor customer service! I will never use them again.

When booking with them, they took 10% of the price in prepayment. After my rental, the rental car company (Advantage) charged the full price telling me they received no prepayment.
I wanted to talk with Economy Booking, but the voicemail hangs up if you press the number 3 for after your rental. Tried another number, but couldn't quite tolerate the long wait with the world-winning most annoying message repeated every few seconds.
We had to cancel our bookings due to covid19 border closures. The lady on the phone cancelled both our bookings and stated that we would be refunded our money, with a small amount removed due to cancelling, which was fine.
We have been waiting over 3 weeks for the $$ and when I have tried to talk to someone no one is available, I am told to email. 3 emails later and I am yet to get a single response! TERRIBLE customer servoce!
The first time I used the booking Economy and first booking at this rental company, they found me. It was easy to book a car, it was very nice (almost new). I will always use economy booking the next time I rent a car
Spend your money somewhere else! They overcharged me for a rental and they when I tried to use their customer service they kept telling me I had to put in an additional help ticket. When I did they never responded. I still have only heard that my ticked is "taking longer than expected". The only hope I have of getting my money back is by marking the charge as fraudulent to my credit card company. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE!

Asked for a simple modification for my original reservation and not only did they cancel my original reservation that I'd already paid in full but they did not refund me and rebooked me for another reservation that cost more! I has requested if it was possible to return the car one day early and receive a refund but instead face paying for this twice. Unbelievable.
We have rented several vehicles here and have always found the service to be personable and reliable. The vehicles have always been well cared for. IF you have a problem and make staff aware they are very accommodating and helpful.
On December 12,2022 I made a reservation. The site states that no payment will be processed until the request is confirmed. They did not confirm the request but returned with a much higher quote. Hence, I cancelled the request and immediately sent an email confirming that I cancelled the request. They processed a payment anyway, then returned the funds the next day, but withheld a cancellation fee of $67, even though I had never confirmed the request. I have attempted several times to ask for a refund of this fee. Each time I receive a confirmation that they are working on it, but then no follow up. This is for request B*******.

Great staff at EconomyBookings Rent-A-Car in Brooklyn! Monay Weathers was professional and kind and provided wonderful service. She let us change our car upon arrival and we drove the Nissan Altima which was in pristine condition and a smooth ride. Easy pick up, easy return we will go back there without hesitation when we need to rent a car!

We booked a rental car with economy bookings, and the rental car place Green Motion in Tampa airport decided they were going to close early and told us we were not getting a car. When we tried to get a refund and complain through Economy Bookings, they said we have to send them an email, and couldn't do it over the phone. Very poor customer service!

I booked a car for 1 day for 37 euros using EconomyBooking site, and when I arrived to the company they also tried to charge me 170 euros for returning the car in a different place.
