I rented the GLC300, and usually when I rent nice cars they usually don't have all the options. However, this vehicle seemed to be fully loaded, apple carplay, panoramic sunroof, powered seats, climate control in front and back seats. Phenomenal car and service!

Jimmy of Aco Rent a Car said he had no cars and promised a car for the next day in the resort. We kept on calling this person for the next 3 days but never got a car. I rent a car at Geneva from SİXT, although I have CDW, theft protection full coverage so and so for they told me that I dont have any insurance so I need to pay extra 440 CHF because I was in hurry I paid the amount which is equal to total rent amount. Definitely they are not cheap be careful about insurance issue. I will share this experience with couple of influencers with high volume follower thus this is manipulation and cheating.
Had a voucher issued from covid days. I enquired how to utilise it as there is no redemption box on there site. They gave me instructions which I followed and ended up paying for the car full price.
Have emailed the company several times but they really don't care, just keep repeating to follow the link, yes….the link has no redemption box. I guess you get what you pay for….pay cheap and get cheap.

We return the car with a full tank of gas I believe this company is charging too much money on the outside I paid $32 fuel the tank up they charge me $52 return it for I returned it with a half a tank I believe I should be reimbursed some money. Never sign up for their return full tank always top it off yourself.

I've got a good experience with them, and I just got in love with the car I got from here. They have a large variety of cars, you've got the possibility to chose from some cheap cars to some more luxurious brands.
I was a bit leery to use Economy, as I had never used them before, but the rate was great and I decided to take a leap of faith and booked the car. I was happy that I did. The car was new, and very clean, and I couldn't have gotten a better rate ( and I thoroughly comparison shopped). I will definitely check out Economy again when I need to rent a car.

It was a rainy week in France when we booked a car through economybookings. It was such a pleasure that we used their car for the holiday, it would have been a disaster without the car. Car was in good condition, new one.
Do not rent from this company they won't refund your money I filed a complaint with the BBB when you ask to speak to a supervisor they will tell you he don't take calls. I will be going to the court house tomorrow to file papers against them. It would be easier for them to just refund my money cuz once I'm done they will be paying me more than the 262

After a bit of a wait in the queue at the Alamo counter we received our documents and were told where to get our car ( a matter of only a two minute walk to the car park). The car (a Chevy Impala) was in very good condition, fairly new and a good size with plenty of boot space. Returning the car took only a few minutes and all in all the whole process was painless.
