I was impressed that the agents met me at the airport to take me to their office to pick up the car rental. The agents were quick, fast, efficient, polite and professional. The car was clean and nice to drive. I would rent from them again.
The only issue, I was concerned about was the difference between full coverage service and the liability car insurance. Most customers, including me thought that the full coverage was the car insurance. Luckily, I had enough to cover the fee. But, I think that should be explained with more clarity to your online customers on the website. Also, my female agent was great explaining the difference to me. I book a reservation to return a car to another location, somehow the reservation came back that I had booked to return the car to the same location. I immediately called to cancel the reservation and I was charged about $40 cancellation fee. I was told I will get my refund within 21 days, it is about a month now, and I have still not received my refund. I just called the customer service who informed me that I will be getting my refund without a definite date.

I called because I needed to rent a car for a trip, first of all if you make a reservation with them if you call them back a second later to cancel they will charge you a cancellation fee. When you call back to cancel they will haggle with you on the prices to get you to keep your reservation with them. They are SCAMMERS! Please be aware of this company! Do no go through them to book any reservation! You will be sorry trust me!

This company is a disaster. I suppose to have a car in Poznan. They cancelled while I was on the train from Szczecin. I had my six family members with me and no car. I was trying to phone the company and had been waiting for 30 minutes listening to the music and annoying person trying to convince me that EconomyBookings care for me very much. I had to hire two taxes for two days before we left for Paris. Shame on you guys. I do not recommend your company to my friends! Worst car rental company ever is right!
When i booked the rental car, they automatically added "car protection" for $9.00. I never would have chosen anything like that. When i to complain they said that they are added automatically and you have to catch it to remove it. It was very sneaky. I will never use them again.
EconomyBookings, together with partner company Drivalia, failed to provide us with a van, pre-booked and fully paid 6 months in advance, reservation number at hand! At the day of pick-up in Milan, they simply didn't have any van...! We've been forced (because of their unacceptable mistake, and absolute lack of customer care, nor alterative solution offered) to spend 3 times as much what we already budgeted in order to rent another van somewhere else. We are asking for rightful and lawful compensation for all the losses and the financial damage caused: they are refusing it... 6 months still waiting...! SHAMEFUL! My sincere advice: DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THEM!

- If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your pick up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of USD 40.00.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of USD 55.00.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of USD 150.00.
- If your prepayment is less than USD 150.00, there won`t be any additional charge, but you won`t receive any refund. No refund will be applied for unused rental days.
