I think it's a very full service, and affordable prices. I like that they can offer a diverse catalog of cars.The company maintains contact throughout the selection process, lease and delivery of the car. I recommend it very much.
They charged me twice the advertised rate. When I called, they said there were fees from Dollar Rent-A-Car. I shared what Dollar was charging via an itemized list (significantly less expensive) and the customer service agent told me that there was nothing he could do. I asked to cancel, and he told me he would charge me a cancellation fee per their policy. I asked why they wouldn't follow the advertised price (since they follow policy), and he sent me an email address to send my complaint. That email says it will be addressed in 7-28 days.

I made a car reservation for a family trip for the holidays. There was something wrong with the site when i made reservation that i didn't receive any confirmation so i made another reservation and got confirmation. It turns out the site created a reservation on my first attempt. I called customer service to cancel the 2nd reservation and was told i will get a refund. A month later i never receive any refund so i called my bank to dispute the charge. I called the car rental company to confirm my reservation and was told EconomyBookings canceled my reservation. Called customer service and i told them that my reservation was canceled and did not receive any notification about it and the rep just said how can he help me when i told him i need him to activate my reservation. The rep said no and i asked that i want a refund then. He said i need to call a different team but when i dial the number it just kept hanging up on me. This company does not have good customer service support or courtesy. If you made a reservation make sure to call the car rental company to confirm.
