We had a very positive experience at the Atlanta GA airport expecially during the return. My husband needs a wheelchair when traveling and I just didn't know how we would manage with our luggage and the wheelchair once we dropped off the car. You have to get on a train with everything you have to get to the airport terminal. Thrifty was so accomodating-we stayed in our rental and a really nice Thrifty employee drove us to the terminal. I told him he had no idea how much that consideration relieved our stress. We would definitely rent from Economybookings again!
BEWARE: I was looking at their website thinking of a rental car. I could not get the correct pick up time or place needed so I never completed the transaction and I booked the rental directly with the rental car company. Then my bank card gets charged $40.39. I tried to contact Economy Bookings and could not get a working phone number except an 800 number that was not answered after 20 minutes? Then I get an email from Economy Bookimgs saying that my rental was all set and that I needed to print some voucher. The rental car company said htey do not book through 3rd parties and would not accept anyone's voucher. The rental from the car company was $262.88 and the cost from Economy Bookings was $328.68!. I finally got through to someone from Economy Bookings who said he was in Latvia, he was not allowed to give me his supervisor's name or number. After a pointed conversation i finally got the guy to send me an email cancelling the reservation I did not make (Had to tell him I was contacting the State Department).
