The attendant, Kimberly, at the gate for Dollar Rental who checks out your vehicle is awesome. She would NOT let me rent a chosen car because she heard a noise of the serpentine belt and asked me to rent another car. She also wrote a note about the problem and placed it inside the front windshield so no one else would rent it. How great that the person working for Dollar Rental cares about the safety of a customer. BRAVO and thanks Kimberly! Rental at Tampa International Airport. Also it took 2 minutes to do the paperwork and less than 1 minute down in the garage choosing a vehicle. Great for Economy Bookings to give me Dollar Rental! 5 stars!

Urgently needed a car, but mine as evil - broke down. Naturally, there was no time for repairs and I had to contact this company. She was recommended to me by a colleague, he constantly uses their services. Frankly, the service is not cheap. But when you urgently need a car - this is the best option. The car was full with a tank and clean, which I was quite pleased. (it was not necessary to spend time on refueling and washing) The car itself is in perfect technical condition, and this is the main plus. I express my gratitude and will recommend the company to my friends and colleagues.

Do not I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are wretched pathetic liars. I got sick about three weeks before the rental was due to be picked up. I called to cancel the rental, if you cancel there is a $35.00 euro charge that was OK with me. So I talked to a woman named "Asryn" if that is her real name, she said the booking number is the cancellation number that is a lie I tried to call them and I think they blocked my # they would not answer. The day the car was due to be picked up they called Dollar and canceled then sent me an e- mail and said I canceled and Kept the $207.27 that I had payed so I lost every bit of my money and never even got to look at a rental car. They are based out of Latvia, if you are smart heed this warning.

They took the amount specified in the contract, everything is fine, but then they found some kind of scratch (I personally did not put it on purpose) and searched for it from the photo. After 10 minutes they said that everything is fine, she was. Therefore, my first experience in car rental was excellent! I'll contact you again!
