Easy to deal with, good overall value for money.The drop off and pick up at Auckland airport could not be easier, the car that we hired was clean and economical, although the bodywork was showing signs of use, we added a sat nav to our package, which made the hire term more pleasurable as we did a fair amount of travelling during our stay. Beware the roads in New Zealand, we picked up a cracked windscreen because of the amount of road seal repairs happening during our stay
We booked a car for a family vacation to Disney world. We get to Orlando in early afternoon. After being picked up and taken to our rental place and waiting 5 hours we were told they didn't have a mini van for us. We were traveling with our grandkids. They left us stranded. We were taken back to the airport left to our own devices. We were able to obtain anther van from a different company at twice the price. We are sitting here three weeks after our vacation and still no refund. This company is terrible. I've sent numerous emails. Asking who was paying for the additional price we had to pay when I could of booked it months in advance for the same price threw someone else. I had to send 1300 dollars not to mention that we lost a whole day of our vacation. All I asked for was money back on there over booking. I will never use this company again. It was our first time and last. We rent cars usually three times a year and have never had this happen. Terrible customer service. And all they want you to do it send emails. Trying to talk to someone is next to impossible. Book with someone else
