So I book a car, pickup Auckland Airport 1900 on a Tuesday evening. Arrive: no direct phone, no shuttle bus, nothing. Phone - no answer. Phone again, no answer. Find a local bus going near to their 24/7 site - 3.5 km from the airport. Get there after a bit of a walk to find a sign on the gate "for... after hours pickup please phone Park'n'fly 09-257 0992". Fortunately I can dial this number and eventually get through to someone who is surprised, but tells me it will take 15 to 20 minutes to pick me up. It is now half an hour and no-one has come.
I call Economy bookings number in London - automatic answer machine which keeps me on hold for 7 1/2 minutes until I give up.
I cannot see why the voucher could not have had the correct procedure for my pick up, un-Lucky Rentals could not have had a message on an answering machine telling customers what to do, Economybookings.com couldn't have a genuine help line rather than a fake one, and why these people at Park-and-Fly leave me for what turned out to be 38 minutes by the side of the road.

No stars go with this company. I booked with EconomyBookings since their rate appeared lower than others for a one-way rental. Once the confirmation came through, it was stated that the amount paid on my card only constituted a down payment and an amount more than double was to be due at the pickup counter. I attempted to email them without a response. I tried to call them and was told they couldn't help me and to email them. This company is a SCAM - YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU BOOK WITH THEM.
Economy Booking is NOT professional. We book a car on Saturday evening for Sunday at 12.00 but unfortunately the mail didn't come to my inbox or to my spam folder before 12.00. I lost my trip, my booking in the hotel and my money due their unprofessional system. In addition to that fact, i sent an email with this problem and i kindly asked for my money back. Economy booking claim that they sent the mail on Sunday... I AM REALLY SORRY. YOU DONT WORTH MY MONEY AND YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

I did a booking last month (Oct 2022) via their site and of course made the full payment as it was asking... My booking reference is B*******. A few mins later the car rental shop (SxT) called me and told that they dont have cars available for me! He also told that the economybookings website is showing incorrect inventory of their shop! They asked me to cancel the booking!
Before cancelling I called up the customer support of economybookings and they too promptly asked me to cancel the booking from my end and then request for refund. I followed all the steps as per the customer service representative until I completed the cancel transaction.
Once your booking is cancelled, there is no way to reach the customer support on phone! The only way is to send them an email. I had sent an email and followed it up 3-5 times to get one response after close to a month! All they could tell me is that they can't refund the money and they show their cancellation clauses!
I am appalled to see their level of customer support and timeliness in attending to such a complaint. I had not availed a car, but I had paid a full rental for 3 days because of their mistake! Till date there is no one from economybookings who cares to address the issue!
I will have to consider giving this 400 Euros as alms to economybookings site!

Everyone has to take airport bus shuttle to rental hub. Its smooth. EconomyBookings was great! Better rate then other shops. They are not Hertz Alamo Dollar... they are better! Rates and upgrades!

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
