I did a last minute booking online and I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get an affordable price at such short notice. The car I got was in great condition and was clean with a full tank of petrol. It was super easy to navigate through the booking website and the staff responded really fast to all my questions via text and email. I opted for the after hours pick up and drop off since I was arriving and departing Auckland outside their normal operating hours. Everything was smooth sailing from the moment I was picked up in a free shuttle from the international terminal. Esther who was the shuttle bus driver from Aeroparks was really friendly and dropped me off right outside the international departure terminal. The only negative aspect was the yes rentals representatives had really strong accents which made it difficult to understand them over the phone. I felt really bad I had to ask them to repeat themselves on several occasions. Apart from that I would totally recommend this service if anyone is looking for a good affordable car.
This company is hiding behind their web site. You can't actually speak to anyone, you just get a robot when you call, and their cancellation fees are a joke. They take ALL your money. DO NOT USE THEM. You'll do better off going straight to the website yourself and get better rates. If I could give -5 negative 5 I would. Filing a complaint with BBB. Even if I lose the money the more complaints will put them out of business.

I booked and paid for my booking a month ahead of my trip. I booked a car rental with Dollar car rental and was unable to rent a vehicle because there were no vehicles available at my pickup lox Atlanta International Airport. Due to this my booking was cancelled by Dollar car rental. Since 5/7/2023 I sent an email explaining my situation to economybookings.com *******@bookinggroup.com and *******@bookinggroup.com and have not received a response to my email requesting a refund. I contacted their customer service number tel: *******795 and am constantly being told to send an email to not receive a response or refund. Beware you will not get a response or a refund. Book your rental elsewhere.

I arrived at the airport at 11pm, I thought the Rental car company Centauro would have an office there, wrong, there was no office, I called twice, very annoying, long calls, they said they would send someone to pick me up, nobody came, I lost my check in time at the hotel, I had to spend a lot with a taxi and booking a last min place in which I only arrived at 3:30 am, I lost my night and the day next. It was a nightmare, I didn't get any refund, still waiting to hear back from them.

When I cancelled my reservation, the amount of money that was returned to my credit wallet was a way smaller than the amount that I originally paid.
And then, when I requested to withdraw money from the credit wallet to my credit card, the amount of money was 60 Euro less than the original payment. The reservation no.B******* and B*******.
So I lost 120 Euro by canceling 2 reservations.
I email the company to request about the details of cancellation fee and to show me the notification page.that explains about the exact amount of cancellation fee. But NEVER replied.
I could barely find the word " cancallation fee" BUT never found that it will be this much amount. It didn't describe the details anywhere in their website.
Turo's service is the worst i've ever had.

OMG! I had the worst trip to NYC ever in my life... I made reservations with Economybooking.com to pick up a rental at Dollar rental in LGA, when I arrived at the Dollar rental office I was informed that they do not accept Debit cards, which then I said okay and went to another rental company. As I got to my hotel I happen to check my account and notice a charge of $243.51 from Economybooking, which I thought was a little funny since I was not able to get a vehicle with Dollar Rental through Economy. I then tried to contact Economy's 1800 number and each time you get a hold of a rep and you tell them you are having a dispute they will literally hang up or do a bogus transfer. They will tell you the only way they handle disputes is for you to email your grievance to an email account and they will get back to you within 24hr which is a damn lie... Fast Forward a week Later still no reimbursement, this company is CRIMINAL and I suggest do not, DO NOT use them...
They are a scam! Do NOT book with Economy. I drove my friend 1.5 hours to the airport for him to get his rental. But you guessed it they wouldn't provide a vehicle for him due to lack of a credit card. On his printed receipt there was no evidence of this. Even though he was able to pay ahead and purchase full coverage insurance they wouldn't help him get a vehicle and no one was available to support. I eventually had to drive him 1.5 hrs back from the airport after he was unable to retain the vehicle he booked through economy bookings.
Since they don't have phone support, he had to email a request for refund which had a lead time of over 7 days. They never responded. They falsified documents saying he picked the vehicle up and i guess also said he returned a vehicle he never received. He never once got a response from their support team and they processed the charge in full. After disputing it with his bank after an investigation they said Economy sent proof that he was able to get the vehicle and used the service. Which is absolutely not true. Not only was one person inconvenienced but two in this story.

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
