Very easy transaction fast shipping no complaints thus far
My package arrive on time but the merchandise was damaged from shipping. The entire package was damaged including a very large hole in the middle of the shipping box. Obviously, the package was abused and thrown around. There were no insulation to protect the merchandise. Ecklers should do a better job packaging. I have to spend time to return the merchandise plus the downtime.
I like the product however shipping was too high considering the weight and size of the product.

Called Eckler's with some technical questions which they promptly answered, asked if it was in stock, got a shipping estimate, and ordered. Arrived 3 days later well packed and undamaged. I have yet to unpack and install the radiator, but pleased with the transaction so far.
