I ordered a power window motor that was an unboxed item at a better price. When it arrived, it was packed and box very well and looked brand new so I got a brand new item at a good reduction in price.

We placed a order for a "Steeroids Power Steering Rack and Pinion Conversion Kit" for a 69 Camaro that has been restored. The package arrived with the end open, was never even taped. The inside parts were hanging out and bolts through the other end as well. Fed Ex stayed with us and helped check the contents to make sure it was all there. This box was in no shape or form heavy enough to hold the contents. When we got the rest of the box open, the contents looked like they came from a junk yard and need alot of paint work before putting on this car! Of course it was a inconvenience to send back because we did not have a box it would fit in. We called Eckler's and they offered a credit on our account which was $200 and something or settle for a cheaper price to place on the card the order was placed on. Seems alittle crappy to me considering how much we spent! Very diappointed in this company and may think twice about ordering again with them. There will be alot of work involved in getting the part ready to install in this Camaro and they didn't seem to care. Just made sure they told us to make sure we were happy with our choice of credit like we had a choice for something better!
