I placed an order on Saturday 8/16 in order to take advantage of a bonus coupon offer. I mistakenly forgot to put the " code "in. I called the morning of the 18th to ask if I could still get the bonus coupon ($50 on a future purchase) and was told I could not. The best they (eklers) would do is a $20 future purchase coupon. I messed up, asked for forgiveness, but was told no!. I will take my future business elsewhere. Thank you, for your understanding Eklers.
