I ordered 2 items that clearly said IN STOCK and they would ship quickly.
Then the next day I got an email saying they wer out of stock and it would take about 2+ months to get them.
Am I the only person who thinks this is wrong?. Shouldn't they tell you upfront? Kind of a bad way of doing business.
When I inquired about it through their "customer support chat" I got no satisfaction and because it was after regular business hours I kindly asked them to reach out to me when they were open to assist me in moving forward. I had tried reaching them but could never get in contact with anyone.
PLEASE think twice before buying from them or at least be sure they really have stock when they say they do... save yourself trouble and time. It's no wonder they are NOT BBB ACCREDITED.I found out after the fact

Parts ok, sent on time but when I called for a physical catalog I was in formed you don't have one. Unusual for a big company like you guys not to have a real catalog. Some of us older guys prefer catalogs vs computers.

Took a few attempts to get the combinations of spacers and springs
I ordered a hood that was discounted because it is "open box" the description said "very good condition". When I received the hood I found a major dent on driver side, several big dimple dents in middle of hood, a major cave in at front leading edge. This hood is not repairable. It is complete junk. Why would they even attempt to sell something this poor of condition? I sent several pictures of the damage via Email to Eklers. I asked for refund or send me another hood that is not complete garbage. Still waiting for reponse.
