Amazing prices, fast shipping, tons of variety, easy to navigate

I received the textbook on time, it was well-packed, and the price is fair.

The book I ordered for my Physical Science course was delivered to me in great condition. Despite the book being previously used, it is in seemingly perfect condition and it doesn't even look like it's been used before.

It was a swift and easy process, and the purchase was relatively quick.

Will end up returning because of the delay in shipping. I had paid for it to arrive within 4 days and it took over a week to it to even be shipped from their distribution center. I ended up finding another place to purchase the lab manual and was able to receive it in time for my course.

Good reference book for statics at any level, it is very good for young engineers

The book was easy to find and order, the price was amazing ($2 and some change for the book), and it was at my door in about a week.

I rented a book for backup but the course I took was only 6 weeks and I did not get to even open it. It was on top of my drawer the whole time. They emailed me saying they are going to charge me a replacement fee because I had damaged the book. I sent them an email letting them know that I did not use it and whatever condition they received it was the same condition it was sent to me. They just sent me the same email saying that it was damaged and that I will be charged. Seems like they are just trying to take advantage of their policy and make more money off me. Use another website! At this point for being cheap I am ending up paying more.

All of my books arrived earlier than predicted. I ordered these books because I prefer to have the actual textbook, rather than the digital copy.

E-campus books shipped my book days later than promised, shipped it via 3-4 day ground, rather than next day air, for which I paid $39.99, and customer support could not tell me where my package was at any time. In the end, I had to call UPS, have them locate my package, arrange for them to hold the package at a local warehouse, then drive to the warehouse to pick up the package.

It was a hustle free transaction, correct item arrived at the expected date

My experience with eCampus wasn't bad. I was afraid of it being a scam but it wasn't. I even searched it on Reddit. Got my book at a great price though, I'm happy.

I never received my book and their customer service said they didn't have it in stock and would have to order it from the publisher even though it said the estimated delivery would be 5-7 business days.

Ordered it came on time paid good price will do again in the future

I liked how you guys sent me emails knowing about my delivery and every step till the final destination it keeps my confidence up when it comes to paying and the overall prices for college textbooks are great cheap and affordable
