These books came in handy and showed up within a week of it being ordered I totally recommend this site if you are looking to save a couple of bucks renting or buying.
Tried 3 different cards and wont accept them. After i got the book, multiple emails to confirm receipt of book, despite having confirmed that already.
Unfortunately, this is my third attempt to buy the same book. The first time I ordered it, I had to cancel because I thought I was dropping the class, but I ended up not doing so. So I went to reorder it, and that got canceled. Now I'm trying one more time.
I received a tracking number through UPS though the book was delivered through USPS. I was contacted until contacting support and they clarified.
Disappointed with the Condition
I knew I was renting a used book, but I didn't expect it to be covered in writing. It was in much worse condition than described, which was really disappointing. I ended up returning it, which meant I lost money in the process. Definitely not worth it.
I am SO GRATEFUL that I can rent a physical textbook for$25, rather than having to buy a new or "gently used" copy. Thank you for being here for students! You are invaluable to us!

Received email that my order was canceled. No number to call and talk with anyone available. Chat button wouldn't work. Frustrating.
This sememster, we were delighted to receive the first three books without any issues, but the last book was delayed, and finally sent to the house three weeks later.
I also had asked to extend a book during the past semester, but was then charged for the cost of the book! We did receive money back for half of the book's cost once it arrived in your care, but I don't know how our extension request got missed. Not happy about that at all.
We do appreciate the lower cost to rent books from you, though. Thanks.

It was the worst experience ever. I rented the book and returned it in the same condition that I received it. I didn't end up using the book. However, I received an email saying that it was received back damaged and that it was also not the correct book returned. I won't rent or buy any more books through eCampus.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
