I have attempted to order legal textbooks during multiple semesters and each time my card gets a hold for the sale ($800-1000) and then ecampus cancels my order saying it is suspected fraud. When I have attempted to talk to customer service, they have no way of clearing up the issue without placing a new order through them directly, without the promise it won't be triggered as fraud again, and it would also result in a second hold for the sale price being placed on my account. I have lived at my address for almost a decade and my mailing address and billing address match exactly - this is what customer service says is the issue, that there's a discrepancy between mailing and billing addresses, but everything matches exactly. Customer service says they can't override the security flags.
Quick shipping was helpful as the book I needed wasn't available at my school bookstore. Arrived relatively quickly and helped me save money!

I wasn't as familiar with your establishment as I am others, therefore, I was a little nervous. I ordered from you and the other establishment the exact same day, minutes apart and I got my book from them weeks prior to getting yours. That was the primary reason for only three stars.
The shipping sucks it took 2 weeks to get my book and classes started before the book made it to me now I started out behind.

No condition listed for a used book and no descriptive notes. No seller ratings either. But I took the risk and I ordered the book from here at a higher price than elsewhere because the shipping was supposed to be faster by several days. I could have saved money and received my book sooner elsewhere.

It took 12 days since my order for it to be delivered. It was only slightly cheaper than competitors. I don't know if it took so long because they were hard books to find or what but I do not think I will use this service again since I needed those books sooner.

My grandson doesn't do well when the material is online. The book has helped with his assignments for class.
Took much longer than expected. Ordered book on 1/15 and didn't receive until 1/29. Took a full week before I received a shipment notice (for an item that showed to be in stock) and two more days before the shipment actually showed any movement. I received my book a full week after the semester started. If you order books from here, order more than two weeks before the semester starts or you may not be prepared for class. The book also arrived in opened plastic.
I contacted customer service in regards of my package because It said a certain date and it was past that date. He told me to wait for a couple days more if i did not get it he could issues a refund. I did end up receiving the order even though the tracking was not right.
First time buying a books from here. Good price and good condition. The book did take over a week to get to me and I didn't have it in time for the first week of class. Just keep that in mind when ordering and when your classes start.

I love this site, I wish I knew about it earlier in my college career. I wanted to buy a textbook through my textbook publisher and they redirected me to ecampus to complete the purchase. I will definitely be buying my textbook at the end of the rental term.
Prices were good. Time of delivery is something to plan in advance for! I ordered something mid December that wasn't able to arrive until end of January. No complaints; it was out of their control! But just don't rely too heavily on expected shipping date, especially when choosing free shipping. :)
