My package was later then I expected for delivery. Delivery wasn't as on time as I had planned when placing order for 2 books coming separately.

The book we ordered arrived pretty quickly, and was as described. It will help my son a lot with a class he is taking.

Book was shipped from Chicago to Milwaukee and the delivery date changed multiple times which was frustrating but obviously on the shipping company. It took nearly two weeks when I expected it to be here within at most 5 days.

Charged my card but cancelled my order. Trying to order the book for the second time now, hopefully this one gets here.

I sometimes cannot access my textbook. I would have to sign in through the order confirmation link then I can see it on my bookshelf. But if I use the app or try to sign in without going through the confirmation link it tells me I don't have access to my book. Which is frustrating because I would like to use the app and not the webpage.

The website was easy to navigate, however, it took a significant amount of time for the book to get here. My class is half a semester, so about 2 months long. It took 3 weeks for the book to get to me. It was disappointing to wait almost half of the semester to receive what I purchased.

I'm 39 and going back to school! I found campus very helpful in getting a needed textbook at half the price and I am really enjoying the ebook option. I can highlight it and when I find myself in a pinch for time I can have the ebook read aloud as I am multitasking.

I have purchased and rented from eCampus. Although there aren't as many options for renting, the experience has been pleasant overall.
