It was easy, did not have not struggle to find what I needed for any of the classes.
Ordered a book, delivered to wrong address, customer service told me to file a police report or contact delivery company as there was nothing they could do. Book ended up being delivered to correct address 3 days later, fairly damaged.
This site had the books I needed and I received them within a week or so of ordering.
I paid for faster shipping and it came even later than the free shipping. I had to email customer service to ask them where my package was. Likely wouldn't order/rent from here again.

I placed an order for a textbook which unfortunately arrived two weeks later than expected. Additionally, I received a notification stating that my order was canceled due to alleged "fraud." I reached out to the customer service team at that time but did not receive a response until two weeks later, coinciding with the delivery of the book. This series of events has caused inconvenience and confusion.
I was going to purchase the book from my school's bookstore, but when I went to check out, the shipping was more than the book! I figured since I wouldn't need the book beyond that semester, I decided to rent from ecampus.com. It ended up being a good bit cheaper than purchasing from my school.
Apparently my order was cancelled. I was not notified. I just checked my order. I was refunded. Fortunately I do not need the book anymore.

Great! I had no issues and got my book on time. I would recommend to order 2 weeks in advance.
Although the delivery was little late than what I expected ( may be because of snowfall), I am happy with my order. I rented a book so I was expecting an old book but received a brand new book in good packaging.
Can find any and all books at a low cost. Plan to use eCampus for all future textbook purchases.
The product arrived in a timely fashion and in usable condition. However, the product did not come with the access code as advertised. I also did not realize it would be a loose leaf copy, although I could have just missed that on the order page.
We do not provide or guarantee supplemental materials like access codes, CD's or workbooks with rental orders, eBooks, or used book purchases. These supplements are typically one-time use items and are usually used by the first owner and can't be used again.
We include this disclaimer in the product description, listed below the picture of the item on the item details page. In addition, this information is provided at checkout and on the Help Desk of our web site. If you are not satisfied with your book for any reason, you may return it within 25 days from the date of shipment for a refund using the return label inside your My Account.

My daughter needed an asl book for her semester at college. I wasn't sure she would need the book beyond that time, so we rented. This semester we bought it used, to keep.
Answer: You can write or highlight in book as long as it less than 1/3 of the page/book.
Answer: Unfortunately, the ebook version of this bundle does not include the access code. Access codes are one-time use only, and are only provided with New versions.
Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
