My daughter needed an asl book for her semester at college. I wasn't sure she would need the book beyond that time, so we rented. This semester we bought it used, to keep.
It was quick and easy to find what I needed. Most of my books came right away. I am still waiting on 2 books to come.
Great timing for book on E campus. I loved how easy it was to pay and read it.
The books arrived almost 2 weeks after I placed the order, and I was left hanging the entire time. No tracking information anywhere, and when I did contact customer service all I was told was that it had shipped.
The package started off with UPS and was tracked on time until it was handed over to the USPS. It was late and took another week to be delivered.
I had to order this textbook last minute. It came very quick and everything was very smooth.
Quick turn around from being to end. Wish for a rental the price was a little cheaper.
Delivery was much slower than competitors and I thought that I would have received the book sooner.

My daughter had to have textbook that was on backorder at her school. We searched online and found that ecampus not only had the item available immediately, but that we could get it before school started. The price was also a little cheaper than the other stores we searched.

The process was okay, but nothing spectacular or that stood out. The loose leaf is of a poorer quality than the hardback, and I'm not sure if I would recommend it. I usually go to Chegg, where I know the book is used, I know what I am buying, and the prices are more reasonable.

Quick and easy checkout process. But I did try cancelling my order that same-day and the system seemed to have cancelled the order. But a day later, the order shipped and I wasn't able to reach CSR via phone.
