Before I placed my order, I contacted the chat customer service to confirm that what I was ordering included a textbook plus an access card. The customer service representative (Paulo F.) confirmed saying that if I bought the "new" option I was going to get both. And after that confirmation I went ahead and bought it. The first disappointment was the item was backordered and they didn't mind changing the status of this item on their website. But the biggest disappointment was when I opened the big box they sent me only with an access card. I paid $32 more than the publisher's connect card price because the eCampus customer representative assured me I was going to receive the book and the access card (I have a record of the conversation and I can prove this).
Customer service didn't care to help me over the phone, I also tried to contact their chat representative (Brayan C.), but he didn't respond my questions and left me complaining alone. This was my first and last experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else to buy your books.
ECampus has always given me great service. It is easy to find and order my textbooks, I usually get my books within a week to ten days of ordering. The quality of the books is what I would expect for the prices offered as well.

I was very unsatisfied with the shipping of this item. We had paid the extra $20 for the 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to actually arrive and we did not get any kind of refund for the delay in the shipping.

I ordered my school books early to ensure I had enough time for delivery. I got them in less than a week! I appreciate the text notifications of the delivery as well. While textbooks are expensive in general, the prices at ecampus.com were better than other sites

Okay so, I sent 10 books and the one they had to Pay me 70 dolars for was sent to supposedly be checked that it was real and then afterwards they send an email saying it wasn't in good conditions or damaged, they don't even send pictures to support the book being supposedly damaged mind you that book was completely brand new, used it twice in school! And afterwards they wanted to charge me 10 dollars to get it back, I am so pissed I want my money DONT SELL UR BOOKS TO THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
