Let me state right off that ecampus is not truthful about their shipping policy and needs to update the amount of time it takes. I fully understand how COVID has affected life as we have known it, including all business's and shipping, but a blanket statement like" please be aware that COVID has affected the length of time for order processing and shipping.", quite honestly does not cut it anymore. Ecampus has never been known to get their books out to students in a timely manner so why do they continue with the current policy of 2 days to get the order ready and and average of 6 days to get the merchandise to the customer? My current order had only a shipping label made (from both DHL and USPS tracking), had not been processed and no shipping company had picked it up yet after 6 business days. Yet the order online stated that it had been shipped, the day after I ordered. Very simply a lie. When I inquired about the delay in processing/shipping all I got was a canned reply that the order had shipped via DHL Global Mail, DHL tracking does show that it was received by DHL, a full 6 business days after ordering. Remember 2 days to process? Because it took ecampus 6 days to process and get to DHL even after selecting and paying for "expedited" shipping. Now we will see how much longer that the promised "expedited" shipping takes?
So ecampus here is a small business tip from an elder, for you. It's called under promising and over delivering instead of over promising and under delivering. Example: you over promise your processing and shipping as approximately 8 days total, when in fact it is now averaging, let's say, double that at 16 days. It has taken twice as long as your stated policy. Do you think that this will make your customers happy, ecampus? Do you care if your customers are happy, ecampus? So why not try under promising your processing/shipping policy instead? If you think current conditions are going to affect your policy…change it! If, after researching how long the average takes is indeed 8 days, try changing your policy to read that it will take an average of 16 days for your product to arrive to the customer. If after doing this it only takes 8 days to arrive how do you think this would make your customers feel? Happy that it arrived early or unhappy about it? Please ecampus, consider trying something different with your outdated processing and shipping policy and start making your customers happy campers about doing business with you.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
