Ebonyline shipped the wrong items. They first told me that the incorrect items I received is what I ordered. When I showed receipts, they told me I had to return and then re-order at my expense. $16 mattered more to them than customer satisfaction. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EBONYONLINE

I have been a loyal customer of Ebonyline for over a decade, but enough is enough. Over the years, I have received several subpar units — some that I simply threw away, gave away, or tolerated despite the poor quality. Unfortunately, the situation has gotten worse, not better. Most recently, I received another defective unit — a Bobbi Boss product that was drastically different from the quality and construction I paid for. When I contacted Ebonyline, they dismissed my concerns as a "slight variation" and offered a token 10% discount — an insult given the premium prices being charged for inferior products. This is not the first time I've raised concerns with Ebonyline, and in every case, there was no real resolution. Their repeated failure to stand behind the products they sell shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Because Ebonyline refused to properly address the situation, I escalated the matter to Midway International Inc., the distributor of Bobbi Boss. Their sales team acknowledged my concerns and has promised to escalate the matter internally — something Ebonyline should have done from the start. At this point, it is clear that Ebonyline cannot be trusted to consistently deliver quality or customer service. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am taking further steps. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from them: Proceed at your own risk.

Quick response about an inquiry regarding available colors. I needed to know which colors are available so Ican get my order fast. Larissa was very helpful.

They are very responsive and legit! Wigs are amazing quality! They do respond fast and will you give you other choices of hair colors if one is not available.

I been a customer of ebonyline for years. I can no longer order from ebonyline because fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address. So therefore I had to go through the company which was ebonyline to get a refund. Now I don't think that was fear because fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address, so I feel fed ex should have to pay. Ebonyline got upset and when I placed a recent order they regret to inform me that I can no longer order from them because of that situation. How is that my fault? Why am I being punished for being a customer for years and fed ex delivering my package to the wrong address. Never happened before. It's cool.

These reviews must be bought because they are terrible! Unprofessional customer service and some of their products are some type of replica/bootleg quality that is not consistent with well established beauty supply stores with the same products. Save your money and time!

I would like to give a shout out to Zahid. He gave me great customer service and got back to me in a timely manner. He was very professional and very helpful.

First time placing an order on Dec 7 and within 30 min after I did it, I discovered another wig that I really wanted. Got in touch with Customer Service (Zahid). He was able to adjust my order thereby saving on shipping fees!
BTW both wigs are very nice. Will be dealing with them again.

Omg?! I'm so happy, this is the only site tha I found the Manhattan Girl wig color 3T/613! This wig is absolutely gorgeous! I hope they'll re stock with more soon, so I can purchase more! Aneliz from Ebonyline is very professional, and very friendly! She always got back to me with answers to all my questions!

Great customer service, I was emailing a customer representative ZAHID who let me know immediately after I emailed them about an product that was not available in there warehouse to ship it out and ZAHID informed me they had to get the product from the manufacturer but instead ZAHID informed me that I can replace my product with a different product that was already available in stock. I am really appreciative of there great customer service.

Fast shipping and great customer service. Thanks ebonyline and Larissa. They have the cheapest shipping around. I Paid only 2.99 for my Outre Julianne that was shipped within 2days if purchase.

Hello hello ladies you must continue to support ebony online I have been a loved with an Account member for over 7 years and absolutely loved my lace fronts the daily andvmosel model collection I have collected all the colors at least three of each and thats alooot of hair lolol... simply amazing and quality hair.
