I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied with out processing time frame.
We do advise there is a 5-7 business day processing time since items may need to be ordered with the suppliers. As far as shipping it really varies by method you selected at checkout.
I do see this order shipped pretty quickly and it is out for delivery.

I was using Ebonyline for a few years, the one time I didn't receive my ($350) package they do nothing. I get sent back n forth between them and USPS and never received my hair or my refund from either. I decided I'm done after that. When you get your stuff it's great, quick and wonderful. When you don't, you get no help or resolve!
