This company fulfills my orders properly and ships on time. I am so far please with their support as well.

I gave it a 3 star because their wigs are ok... but yesterday I get a charge from them then money taking out of my account from them. I never purchased anything. I contact them and they said you don't have a order with is. I said I know, but you took money from my account. I sent them the screen shot of the alert from my bank and my bank statement, showing they just took unauthorized money from my account. Now they not respond. Be careful with this company... a full investigation is in progress...

I messaged customer service about my order and DAEJONNA D was very helpful. She was able to get my problem squared away promptly. I love shopping with ebonyline because the customer service is very friendly and fast. I have never had one problem with them. Not only that each time i purchased from them my items were shipped out the next day. I have been sending my clients to ebonyline to purchase their hair because of this and the prices are cheaper then the hair stores where i live.

I love this website! They have a lot of items you can't get in the regular beauty supply store. They have great customer service as well. They will communicate with you if any issues. My rep Daejonna D was super helpful and replied right way. Shipping is very fast as well. Highly recommend!

Order No. *******. It arrived quicker than I imagined. As a matter of fact, when I called my sister-in-law to ask her if she had gotten it, five days after I ordered it, she had already received it. I've been ordering from here for a few months and i love the wigs. Yes they tangle more than human hair but thats not something that'll stop me from not spending 300+ on one wig, especially since i love switching my hair up.

This is my favorite place to buy my wigs and beauty supplies (lace tape, wig caps, lashes etc). The prices are the best, and its better than shopping inside the beauty supply store. You can get 2 or 3 wigs from Ebonyline for what you will pay for 1 wig in the actual store, and they even run specials on shipping. DAEJONNA is always available to speak with via email. I'm telling you they are at least worth a try.

Ebony Online is the best, I always get what I order at a lower price and the delivery system they have is so fast. Of all the hair sites on line, make no mistake, I will always buy from Ebony Online! When I find something that I like I pass it on to friends and family. They love it too!
