SELLERS BEWARE! Ebay does not protect the seller. They take the buyer at there word and the only option the seller has is to refund them the money plus the shipping cost to return it to you. All they have to do is select "Item not as described" or "defective" and they got there refund. Ebay will not read the details, they will not ask/allow the seller to prove that the seller is wrong. This was said to me by the Case Specialist from the ebay resolution Department. In my case I sold a driving snow blower for $5000. 00 which drove onto the shippers truck and then the buyer turns around and says it does not start, is not as described and opens there claim within a few hours. I clearly stated in my description that I am not responsible for shipping. However eBay tells me that once they select "Item not as described" that nothing in my description counts. Including that I have a video to prove the machine was working and driven onto the machine. But eBay will not allow me to submit evidence to disprove the buyers false accusations, then of course he leaves me a negative feedback to kill any other sells. Ebay are scammers themselves, they choose the buyer even that the sellers are the ones supporting them because as sellers we are paying an insertion fee and a sellers fee and a monthly fee. And the buyer pays nothing. They are 100% at the receiving end. I'm done with ebay. I've been with eBay before they made all these "simple" changes to make it "better". It's only better for them, and the buyers that are scamming eBay. They prefer to lose someone with over 1300 feedback to someone new with 2 feedback. Just test it out for yourself, buy something and then put in a request for a return refund. Make sure you select "Not as described" or "defective".
Ebay is not selling anything, It is us, the sellers that are selling everything. Without us, ebay would not exist. We are the ones carrying ebay. Also the resolution center is a joke, they are not there to help the seller. The agents are just clicking in favor of the buyer, they do not read into any details. No matter who you speak to, they are all just reading off a script. They do not take anything you say into consideration. They do not care that you have proof that you can submit to prove yourself. This company came up to help people, however now it only helps the new scammers of today.

Purchased a "brand new" LG flip phone. Had been looking for a phone like this to replace the one I had for years. Not comfortable with I phones and I am very careful and take good care of the phones I have had. Found the ad on Ebay..."Brand new LG phone in box... never used 378.00. Pricey for a cell phone but given the difficulty in finding them we decided to trust the seller. Received the phone in May and tried to have it set up with local Verizon store we do business with... covid had shut it down due to staffing issues etc. Finally got it the in a bout a week after purchase... set up service etc. It immediately did not work correctly... dropped calls, could not make calls... brought back to verizon purchased new card for it still did not work. Tried everything until the manager at verizon said it was an antenna issue and could not be repaired. Reached out immediately to the seller who denied our request and would not communicate with us. At that point is had gone over the thirty days (not by much) because of the time and money we had invested in trying to get this phone to work. Spent hours trying to speak with Ebay to resolve this. Managers, line workers all useless. Spoke to one manager who really sounded like she understood how wrong this was and was going to get us a refund through Ebay since the seller was not standing by his "brand new cell phone."I waited a reasonable amount of time and called again which in itself is a nightmare. Spent another hour on the phone with a manager who wasted more of my time and finally said Ebay would not help us. When you read alot of the reviews written you see a pattern of bad service, poor merchandise and an overall feeling that Ebay does not care if its customers are taken advantage of. This was a very expensive failure and Ebay should have done the right thing. For those of you looking to buy the phone I am referring to... do not... it will not go well and Ebay is not going to stand by the consumer. We spend alot of money with different companies and rest assured Ebay will no longer be one of them.Our proof of purchase can be found online with Ebay... they have the record of it to show all of the information I have written can be supported by facts. They also have record of the amount of hours I spent trying to reach and eventually speak to an actual person.
I have purchased a camera last more month. Best thing is that I got that in time.

I bought a tablet with a key board paying 191, something and They told me at the beginning that the item will reach after 7 days unfortunately. I did git get the item. I contacted them and I was told that there was an accident and you will get your item within two days. Later on I talked to them because I did get my item. I was told. Again i will be refunded. They did so but they only refunded 177.38. I tried to shat with the customer service but they did not convince me. Besides the so-called Grace from the customer service cut me off. Since it is so expect me to write. About you everywhere in the social. This is my right. They wasted my time, they were big liars dishonest confirmed.
