I ordered several items including a pair of plastic car anti dazzle visors. The total order arrived in one fully packed flimsy bag and the visors in their box had been bent and both were cracked. I have tried contacting Easylife to obtain a replacement. On two occasions all lines were busy, on one occasion I was told there was a wait of 40 minutes but the call timed out before this, On the last occasion I was 100th in the queue with an estimated wait time of 90 minutes. I did not wait, my time is worth more than the 90 minute wait. I then emailed them on their service email address, after 2 weeks I have yet to have the courtesy of a reply. The products may seem to be good value, but heaven help you if you want any sort of after sales service They have not the slightest concept of customer service
They give your bank details to other company's without your consent.
Got a letter from easylife motors club that my 14days are up and my payment of £59 99 will be taken from my bank and the £10 voucher was for petrol The thing is i haven't got a car and never had one and what a time I have had with them don't join
Further to my previous post the masks I ordered on May 8th have still not arrived by today June 18th. But of course the money has been taken from my account! As it is not possible to actually talk to anyone from this dishonest company I intend to take my case to Trading Standards if items have not arrived within the next 5 days.
Placed our order over three weeks ago for 5 x bottles of SurSol sanitizer. After numerous emails, finally receive a reply stating my order was shipped. BUT till now 18/06/2020 nothing has arrived. Easylife has given a Hermes tracking number which is not correct.
This business is a shambles, do not recommend using them
For use when they cold call hard selling to the elderly and vulnerable, dont buy from easylife - keep your card details secure they have scammed hundreds of thousands of customers. The call center is in Cyprus and not Kent - they have special training to sell you memberships that costs the customers lots of money - this is automatically deducted from your card that remains in their system.
AVOID When you order items they sign you up to subscriptions of products without your consent. You end up with money being taken out of your account and products you don't want..
They get you to order then sign and charge you for a subscription you never asked for, they sell your credit card details to sister companies like premier direct and bill you for stuff that you never wanted signed or asked for.
CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT DONT USE THEM
They should be reported as GDPR is in place and if people report them they could be fined thousands, also its fraud so report them to fraud alert
I would give an overal rating as zero if i could
I was fool enough to start super card card membership. When i called to cancel membership the first thing the guy said was do you want a 2 week extension. I then told him not interested just cancel. When i asked for proof of cancellation he said we cannot do that.
What a company. Stay away from their offers.
My bank inform me i may have to cancel my card.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM EASYLIFE...
Having had £39 taken from my bank a/c I rang to find out what I'd bought. Seems I had joined a gardening club on the phone. There is no way I would join such a club as I DO NOT GARDEN! It was agreed by the person I spoke to to cancel my subscription and send written confirmation.
These people seem to think, that because you have ordered items off them, it entitles
Them to take money from your credit card at will, and sign you up to unwanted discount cards ie PERX and EASYLIFE SUPERCARD. Have had to phone credit card company twice to get refunds of £2.99 and £69.95 for unwanted easylife supercard. Second time
For £18.50 for perx (never heard of them). Also persistently making unwanted phone calls. Would have avoided like the plague if I had been aware beforehand.
I ordered a hearing aid for my grandmother on the 10th of October to be told it will be delivered mid November.
I rang toward the end of November and the rude women on the phone informed me of the wharehouse issues and the delivery date is the 8th of December.
On the 8th of December my grandfather waited at home all day and no hearing aid was delivered.
I rang today (17. 12. 16) to be told the hearing aid is out of stock and there is no delivery date.
In the meantime we have put off ordering a hearing aid due to waiting for this one.
The service is rude and terrible.
No one phoned/emailed to inform me what was happening.
Save yourself disappointment and do not order from easy life catalogue.
Order placed in August 2016 not delivered. Its now March 2017. Been told it being despatched more times than I can count. Am now taking legal action. You have been warned they are BAD.
Automatically sign people, particularly elderly vulnerable, up to almost £100 per year without their knowledge when they purchase something from the catalogue.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
HAVE IGNORED THE LETTER WE WROTE CANCELLING.
Cant contact wont answer phones ordered July no delivery £15, terrible company do not deal with them
Trading standards need to get involved, now also trading as Good Ideas mag via Mail Newspaper
Same old story same address ect
The worst company I have ever bought from; just take your money. No customer service available, wont answer the phone or reply to emails. They should be closed down to protect others.

I made thje mistake of showinmg some poliyte intyertest in thne so-called Motor Club.
This cost me £1:99 plus £59:99 in totally unauthorised deductions from my card, details of which, I had already repeatedly asked them to wipe from their records.
After MANY phone calls and much prevarication, a so-called supervisor rang, not to listen to my complaint but to arrogantly tell me that I was wrong and that it was already decided that they were keeping the money!
How much further can you get from customer service or ethical banking!?

I checked the delivery company tracker site today 16th July and found out that the order had been returned to Easylife at 08.08 this morning. Nothing has been advised to me by Easylife or Yodel about this. I wrote over the weekend asking for my money back and of course haven't received a reply yet. They said they can't cancel my order I must return the order when it arrives or refuse the delivery, to which I advised that they were in breach of contract and that it is upto them to recover the order from Yodel and refund my money. So they managed to get Yodel to return the order to me that has been in the hands of the Yodel driver's hands for three days undelivered but couldn't get Yodel to complete the delivery of the items I wanted and have been waiting for since 28th June. How incredible this experience has been. Let everyone who reads this review understand that no one should do business with Easylife.
Having ordered 4 items and paid I received advice that 3 items would be with me in 4 days and the 4th item in 8 days. Then a notice sating all 4 items would be with me in 8 days arrived. Stayed in to receive the items that did not arrived. Sent a chasing e-mail and they responded 2 days later advising the order was still in their warehouse. 4 e-mails were responded to be them as if they hadn't read what was said to them. Sent a complaint to Resolve website and 2 days later received advice that the order had been dispatched. The next day they advised the order was with the delivery company and they had a link to enable me to follow the order. It took 4 attempts before I could get through to the delivery company 'Yodel' and they showed that the order has been collected by them and would be dispatched, then the next day the tracker said the order was with their driver and would be delivered that day. Mt midday nothing had arrived so followed the tracker to find the driver's mobile and called it but it wasn't answered and the voicemail similarly hasn't had a response. Now the next day after the latest date for my order to be delivered Yodel's tracker advice hasn't been updated and still nothing has arrived. So ordered goods, paid for them and they should have arrived within 6 days, instead 19 days later nothing has arrived. I have e-mailed cancelling the order and demanding my money back, but it takes at least 2 days before they reply to e-mails, plus it is impossible to get through to their helpline without having to wait for 12 or 15 other callers in a queue to be answered first, so no way of actually being able to get the order or get my money back. These people are thieves.
An absolutely disgusting company
I ordered some plants in early June and the money was taken out of my bank account almost straight away
Today the 5th august I have just received 1 dead plant which has no chance of survival as it's an annual plus all the soil was loose in the box
How dare they take my money
This amounts to stealing from vulnerable pensioners
I will write to the company as email replies are a generic email
And phone calls are impossible as the waiting time is anything up to 4 hours
Ordered copper knee support tried to return it and came up against the 0844 number 17 in queue system which seemed to cut at number 5. Then round again. Cheaper to order elsewhere. Avoid them
Ordered and sent a cheque on 4th May luckily cheque hasn't been cashed bit when I tried to get through phone either rang out or I was told that there were 80 before me and there was a 1 hour wait I've now stopped the cheque it took then a week to reply to my email with just a stock reply Ate they going into administration I ask myself
Answer: Why do customers have to wait so long for their orders when they are being told the item has been dispatched?
Answer: Because there isn't anything lower & I'm polite enough not to put what I think,
