I have ordered six 11 x 14 canvas prints in the last two months. The prints came within a week of ordering and were a quarter of the cost of other canvas print companies. I ordered the prints on the cheaper frame (which is thinner) and was happy with the look. The site doesn't have any way to check whether the resolution of the print you select is sufficient for a good quality canvas when enlarged. I checked the resolution on another site. Two of my photos were deemed to have insufficient resolution by another site, but I took the chance and ordered them anyway, because the price was so cheap. They were a tiny bit fuzzier, but since the print was on canvas, which has a texture anyway, I found it acceptable.

I ordered these because they were on sale, and I wanted to display our family photos in very large prints. At Walgreens they will only make small ones. When they arrived I was very satisfied with the quality! The photos aren't distorted at all and they make stunning decorations/gifts.

I ordered a custom sized 30x37", extra laminated finish and added professional staff oversight for my admittedly very unusual photo. Of a very detailed painting I photographed and edited in Photoshop and added tiny text in Adobe Illustrator, saved in sRGB standard color format. For about $120 incl. Shipping (more than a basic order price).
I was blown away at the quality and faithfulness! It looks exactly like the painting, the colors and details.
My only advice is be aware of the limits of printing tiny text in a photo, as it converts it to pixels. It's your the customer responsibility making the file resolution high enough (within their ~45MB compressed JPG file size limits) to print readable on canvas. And mine did!

I ordered 2 - 18" x 24" canvas prints - and one of them turned out good; the other one was terrible! When I called EasyCanvasPrints I was told "You can go ahead & order a free one - but you need to pay $9.99 for shipping & handling." I told them I was very surprised that no one contacted me "after" they printed the 2nd canvas print because it is clearly very blurry! They told me that they are just an "online order & print shop" so no one would have even seen the canvas after it was printed! So now I have to select another picture, go ahead & order it, and call them as soon as I do that so I will only be charged $9.99. Kind of a pain... but I will do it!

This is the best purchase I've ever made! I printed a 30x40 canvas, and I was really worried about how the quality of the picture would turn out being blown up so large because the photo was taken with a regular camera. When I got it, I was shocked by how beautiful it is! It is amazing clarity and color. Simple to hang. The website was a breeze to use. I called to talk to customer service to update my address and it was easy to get through and they were very nice and helpful. I couldn't have had a better experience. It looks like a professional print that would cost hundreds. I can't there are any negative reviews of this company! I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed.

These canvases turned out wonderful! It ordered several of them to make a family tree on my wall. And every single one of them turned out awesome. They shipped it right away so I didn't have to wait for them. And they wrapped them very well.

I have ordered several photos from your company. This is the first time my EasyCanvasPrints return portrait was terrible. It was lighter and pinker than the photo I sent in. I would like to send it back. If a photo is bad and won't look good matted, please let them know. I would never have let this photo be matted if I knew it would look so bad.

This is by far the worst picture I've ever had put on canvas. They will not do a full refund so you have to eat a good portion of it. They said I could send them a better picture of what I sent but that was the only picture that I had. But they wouldn't take care of the entire cost! And I told him there's nothing on their site that says that this picture will not work for the 20 x 16 canvas print. Picture was extremely distorted no one would hang it on the wall. This picture was supposed to be a gift. They told me it was my responsibility to send them a professional picture. I am not a professional. I assumed this company would be the professionals and would do it correctly. I'm going have to cut my losses on this I will order nothing from them ever again because a refund service is terrible and I will never take another chance on them again. If I could give them know stars rating that's what it would be. BUYER BEWARE 2/7/22

EasyCanvasPrints contacted me by email and offered to replace my print with a rolled up canvas (unmounted of course) They of course said the problem was the print I had furnished. I would also have to pay shipping costs of nearly $25. I said no and they made another offer to refund approximately half of my total expenditure. I was tired of arguing so I accepted their offer. Since I paid with PayPal, my refund was fairly quick. I am not happy with the transaction, but I accepted it to end it. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Please save yourself time and money and don't order a canvas print from this company. The only thing I will do with my picture is throw it in the garbage. Picture is so distorted and colors so pale. I wish I had read the reviews first and I wouldn' t have been so disappointed in the results

I ordered 3 16x20 canvas prints. Two fo the three were fantastic. One was blurry. I know that's my fault but when I sent it I thought it was clear. However, it would have been great if before printing it I would have been notified that it didn't look right rather than printing it. Communication makes great relationships and in this case I would have really praised them rather than criticizing them. I've ordered before and received a great picture. This one was not great and I was not happy. One print for the garbage.

I wanted to get a print done for my son and daughter-in-laws gender review. I emailed them and said it wasn't done right and they still sent it. I thought they would give me a proof of what if would look like out the door, but they didn't. I called them back and they said they DO NOT PROOF any of the prints. I will never come back to your company since you don't take pride in the finished product!

I ordered a test print (11x14) on canvas. It took 3 weeks to get my purchase. I cannot even express how utterly disappointed I was in the order. The "canvas" is so plastic-like in feel and appearance. It is thick and the corners, although done neatly, were extremely bulky. Compared this print to one by my former supplier and it was like comparing a kindergarten art piece to a college grad's work. Night and day. Do not fall for the low pricing bc the quality is just not there. Their options are not explained, so I didn't expect to see the image repeated on the edges. Who would want that (mirror image). They offered me a reprint, which would not fix any of my concerns. I asked for a refund. They offered me 80% refund, but then deducted the shipping I had paid. Net refund 50%. I have used a few canvas companies in the past, and decided to give this one a try as they had competitive pricing and shipping was delayed due to COVID at my normal place I frequent. The quality of the picture I provided was not poor, and I made sure not to get too large of a canvas - as to not distort the clarity. I paid over $100 and received an absolute blurred mess. If, by chance, this was a user error, I have never dealt with printing company that wouldn't reach out and let the consumer know the picture would be rendered completely unrecognizable. Very disappointed.

You did a terrific job with my images and I will be ordering more, soon. Many thanks. I have about 150,000 images to sort through and now I have a much better knowledge about what translates to this format.

Absolutely love these photo canvases! The price made it possible to order three to group together.
My son's family had family photos taken at the beach and I ordered three beautiful pictures to hang as a group in our beach home. The quality of the photos transferred to the canvases. I ordered the wrap edges giving them a nice infinity feel to the photos. I hung them in the foyer so I see their smiling faces coming and going. Also canvases eliminate glare of glass frames. I like the casual feel of the unframed canvases.

Spoke to 3 customer service reps. Trying to get a eta on my canvas. Was told 3 different things, has to cancel order was a Christmas present gave 3 weeks to make. One rep to me not in production on the delivery date. I was told if I cancel order would be charged to cancel. I paid 15.99 extra for sooner delivery. They finally canceled order and agreed to refund money. Call second time checking on refund was told completely done. Gave a week no refund! Call third time rep told me they haven't processed it. Ask to speak with manager at this point, he put me on hold for 10 minutes and said the manager done it at that moment. Ask to send me email of action. No email hope to get my refund from this company. Beware before you buy a print! Hope you get better service than I received.
