Very disappointed with the quality and (reddish) people color. They will replace it but takes days to review your request (you have to follow it up) and you have to pay for the shipping. Thumbs down on customer service and quality.

I took a picture in the desert, and the canvas print that was made came out great! It's so satisfying to know that my photo can look so great on canvas! The order was super fast, i had my print on less than a week! I recommend Easy Canvas Prints to anyone!

The image quality was horrible. I have created numerous canvas prints in the past with other print makers, and this is the worst one yet. The lines have no definition and the image looks extremely blurry and pixelated.

I received an inferior product. The canvas was not placed right and the back portrait stand was put on crooked. I was told that I would get a refund. When I was refunded my money, I was only refunded 50% of my purchase. I called to find out why and they told me that this was the notes that they found on the record which was not what I told them. I was told I would receive a full refund. Never again!

My canvas was beautiful, and delivery was so quick. I compared it to one that I had received as a gift, and the quality was 10x better. Thank you for making it a great experience in a time of deep sorrow for the loss of our beloved dog Roxie.

I would have to say my experience with this company this year has not been good. They might offer cheap prints but good luck actually getting them. I got one right away, I ordered 4 more and they put them on hold and constant emails back and forth and the one I got was POOR quality. I wouldn't buy from them again. Good luck to anyone who orders from them.

I ordered a 20x30 inch print. It came out pretty good, but arrived very dented. I called and they made another one which also arrived dented. They do not protect the metal prints well enough for shipping. The corners are dented and the backing glued onto the print can be seen from the front because the print is damaged around the backing during shipping. I wouldn't order a metal print from them. Regular canvas prints are pretty good though.

Hi. All else is great, but the picture that I submitted showed the feet of the two seated in front at the bottom, but the finished product cut off the feet, as shown in the last/3rd pic. The first two are the originals.

Ordered two 30"x40" acrylic prints. One is perfect but the other has a white border on two sides. The border was not present on the picture nor was it on the screen when I uploaded the image.
Customer service's response was that it was my fault and I'd have to pay for a new one plus shipping.

Received another customers canvas in the mail. Easycanvasprints response was that they would do a re-print but no compensation/relief for my troubles and late item. Multiple order customer over 4 years who wont be using them again.

I have never had a custom print on a canvas and this project was very important. I worked on my design for a few weeks to get the exact High Quality outcome. I wanted to make sure the lighting, colors and scale was exactly correct. I uploaded the artwork and was given a Proof as PDF. What I saw was amazing... The Canvas arrive in about 10 days and upon opening it the quality was awesome,
Tip: Make sure you artwork is properly scaled to the size you and that it's greater than or equal to the size. When you scale up anything it will become pixelated. The Printout is as good as the Art within you.
If your canvas is large like a 30 x 40 I highly recommend using a wire picture frame kit and not the Teeth hangers.

Online order totaled $41.71 (original price was $385.95), when I received my receipt the total charged was $67.88. Shipping was supposed to be $7.99 (advertised price) but my receipt showed I was charged $9.99. The remaining difference must be tax added (no where did it state tax would be added) but the receipt didn't break it down to tell me it was tax. Based on the amount, it looks like the tax was added to the original price not the discounted price. When I called to cancel the order they state I should receive my refund by the middle of next week. Their excuse for the overcharge is an "online glitch". What they are doing is unethical and illegal (based on the research I did regarding taxation laws in Texas).

Can I give zero stars?! I ordered 4 acrylic prints from EasyCanvas Prints. Two of them were the wrong orientation and had white borders (didn't fill frame). Our faces/skin in all of them were red and pixelated! I can't believe they would send these out. At first customer service tried to tell me I uploaded them this way (the ones with wrong orientation) which wasn't the case. Ended up getting a refund. Use Costco - way better!

I ordered a 24x36 canvas print- Ordered the print 10/28 and received on 11/11/15.

I immediately noticed the corners had worn during transit- a bit surprising as this was a completely new print. The promotion I ordered through made the total order cost $53 which wasn't bad in my opinion for a print this large- but I did expect some kind of protection for the ink rubbing off during transit. I just hung the print and there is one white scrape on the right side and 2 corners with missing ink revealing the corners.

Overall, the print is what I expected for image quality- only surprised by how quickly the ink rubbed off- It would be nice if the company offered a lacquer to prevent this as standard.
