I spoke to Nichell J. Who provided zero support for their mistake of not providing proof. Zero accountability for their errors. They push errors they made off on the customer. No proof is presented prior to printing.
Fly by night business model with non-existent customer support. I will NEVER purchase from this dump again. All charges are disputed. You will never get any money for such a horrible business model.

Consider Canvaspop or GreatBig Canvas for a team that provides service and support.

With christmas coming we needed a few Canvas Prints. We ordered them with ease and got an almost instant reply. The price was right and the delivery came in only a few days.
We were very pleased with the results and will definately work with EasyCanvasPrintrs again! F

One the screen, saved the picture as I assumed it would come to me - making sure... because my kid is a swimmer and was doing the butterfly stroke in the picture... the entire picture was centered. Paid, received confirmation, received 16 x 20 canvas with his hand cut off on one side and almost on the other. Told them I would even send back the incorrect one if they would send me the correct one. No... their solution was to reimb. Me a portion. Are you kidding me? Your companies mistake and that's what I get? I have 35 pictures I'm about to send off to another company with better ratings so I hope it was worth it and I hope your CEO sees this and all the other one-star ratings you all continuously receive. SMH.

Well Easy Canvas prints have a great gimmick going. They say it is an ongoing issue that people upload the pictures and they look good but their software doesn't let you know it will be grainey or pixel like. So you call and they say "oh we can refund your print" or let's charge you a certain amount and you can reprint it again. So again they say it is an ongoing issue but don't fix it until you receive your print and then have to get it redone.

I love them! I ordered a huge 30"x40" family portrait, three 20"x16" photos of my kids, and two 12"x12" photos of my husband and I. I could not be more impressed. I was going to order the exact same package somewhere else but it was over $1000, so I went searching for better prizes and found Easy Canvas Prints. I am so glad I did! I saw there were mixed reviews but I took a chance and placed my order anyway. My entire order was less than $200, with shipping! It arrived early, too. The canvases are beautiful and look just like the pictures I chose, despite being blown up in size so much, and the colors are vibrant. I'm so excited to hang them and I will update about how well they do over time.

My Husband, was not at all pleased it! They didn't print the whole car, also blurry! And why did u send that other picture? Didn't like it at all! He loved the Camaro, that's why I ordered the Nova print.

They never pick up the phone, never answer to your request, ignore canceling and even send wrong product. Bad Bad Bad. I don't want to give even one star. Trash!

Glad I came to the reviews before placing my order. As I was "creating" my canvas print, I was happy with how it was turning out, cropping it, etc. Once I added my item to the cart, I noticed the pic looked "fuzzy". I zoomed in and it looked very pixelated and blurry- very different quality from what I had just uploaded and preparing. Upon reading the reviews I most likely would have received an i satisfactory piece….seems to be pretty common for this company. I have enclosed pics of how my project looked as I was cropping it vs. how it looked after I put it in my "cart".

Purchased 15 prints ranging from 8"x8" to 24"x36". The prints were using AI-designed images. Each of the images I upscaled after designing, or so I thought. 14 out of the 15 are immaculate. One isn't as crisp as the others. I attributed this to probably not uploading the upscaled version of that particular image. I have already received numerous compliments on the artwork and it's great to say that I "designed" it. Price was great (under $300 shipped for all of the prints). It took under 2 weeks to get to my door (I chose the slowest option to align with my traveling). And the product is phenomenal. Even the one that is "off" is only noticeable to me. My art ranged from dark, oil-style paintings, to bright pop art. And each one brought the elements of the original design. Will definitely order from again!

WOW- I've never experienced such rude customer service in my life. The customer service rep not only REFUSED to put in my order over the phone but then she promptly hung up on me. When I called back, the second person at least placed my order but I received no apology when I explained to her that I was hung up on. I have ordered from them so many times in the past but this was the nail in the coffin. Easy Canvas does not care about their customers or the quality of their orders- that is clear to me now.

Sure wish my mom got her mother's day gift sooner. I've messaged and called over a two week period and STILL can't get an update to the status of my order. It's been "in queue" for nearly three weeks! I understand I chose a "slow" shipping rate, but to not even start the order until it's closer to its promised ship date is RIDICULOUS! HORRIBLE way to do business.

Easy Canvas Prints is just what it says… EASY! I am a first time customer, and I tried Easy Canvas Prints after another company did a horrible job and sent me dark colored canvas prints twice. The whole online process was easy, and customer service was very friendly and helpful when I contacted them with a question. My 18x24 canvas prints turned out amazing! They're colorful and bright and look like the pictures I sent in. The price was so much more affordable than the other company I originally tried, and the quality of Easy Canvas Prints was 100% better. My prints arrived within a week and they were packaged nicely! I am very happy with this purchase, and I will order with Easy Canvas Prints again in the future!

I'm really surprised that they have a B rating with the BBB that's basically because they reply to complaints, but if you go read some of the complaints it's overwhelming because of spam. This company allows their affiliates to spam people like crazy and go unchecked. They claim they want to remove your email address from the affiliates however what they should be doing is terminating the account of any Affiliates that break the law. They need to be held accountable! They also need to put a valid email address on their website. I think the solution to the problem is the government needs to ban affiliate programs... and guess what? We would have no more spam because the spammers wouldn't get paid to send out junk!

What a scam! After a recent purchase, they told me that I would receive a free 11x14 canvas print and only pay the shipping. Out of curiosity, I set up a regular order for a 11x14. The print was approximately $9 and the shipping was approximately $9 for a total of approximately $18. So then I applied the coupon code for free 11x14. The price was the same. They just made the shipping $18.

Our canvas was absolutely perfect! Crisp and clear, no pixelation, vibrant colors. Framing was high quality. I have used three other online canvas stores, and this was by far the most reasonable and best image. And, it was blown up to 24 x 36, so image integrity can be difficult. I was so worried as the image was from an iPhone 5c, transferred to a 6, then and 8, and finally texted to a Galaxy s9 and uploaded from there. Still perfect.

So trying to redeem my coupon for a free 11x14 print...link doesn't work, so I contact customer service. It's the fault of my browser or my cookies or whatever but if I call them, they will take care of it. So I follow the instructions and then I call them. My cost to buy it (with a honey coupon) including shipping and taxes is about $20. The cost for the "free" item is $30 for the shipping and taxes. Yea, okay - Beware of "free" offers!

Has a canvas sent to me at an address I haven't been at in over a year. When I called to find out if I was charged for this ugly canvas they told me they didn't have the buyer information. I can give them the last 4 of the card number. So they have the card number but not the name? Now I have to call all of my cards and make sure I wasn't charged for this hideous canvas. And Janeva was terribly rude. Her answers were "nope" as if she was annoyed she had to try and help me.
