Two or three years ago I used this company to purchase CPAP supplies. They ran my order through my insurance with no problem. Not this time. During my order, they said they ran it through my insurance. I paid the full cost of $210 in lieu of my insurance coverage. After two weeks I checked with my insurance who said Easy Breathe had not contacted them. I call Easy Breathe about the issue and verified my insurance information again. After two more weeks, my insurance still had not been contacted by Easy Breathe. I submitted the bill to my insurance myself who provided me an EOB confirming the insurance coverage cost for my order at $123. Called Easy Breathe again who said they have not received an EOB (which I am sure they did). I offered to send them a copy of mine. They said they cannot apply the EOB now after the order was placed. Enjoy the $87 you owe me Easy Breathe. You will never receive another dime from me again!
They have been extremely helpful. Gave good advice and have been very helpful suggesting a different CPAP that has worked really well. They have taken care of everything. My insurance, Aetna Medicare has paid for everything.
I ordered CPAP supplies, I was told I could get two CPAP machines covered by my insurance company, I also ordered supplies for my current CPAP machine I am having nothing but problems with my order this company is not very reputable at all
Sales told me that they do not bill Medicare themselves, that I can file a claim with them for reimbursement. I did. It was rejected as this company is not Medicare approved, and this my Medigap will also not pay. The supervisor said he would review the recorded phone conversation with sales girl and " reprimand her" he stated not all companies are approved, and had no excuse for selling units to seniors with Medicare. This cost me 1120.00 out of my pocket.
I paid 30 dollars for 1 day shipping because the velcro on my mask straps was wearing out. It's been 6 days and it's only just now getting to the "label created" stage! What's the point of spending all that money if it's still going to take forever for it to be delivered!
I order a new face mask and headgear. Paid and received an order number. The payment was taken out of my bank account, no receipt was ever sent to my email. 2 different representatives shuffled me back and forth insisting they had each emailed a receipt and I never received one. Easy breathe has yet to send an email stating the shipment and delivery date for my mask. I'm becoming concerned this is a scam and now I don't have the money to purchase a new mask from a legitimate supply place.
These bastards took my money, promised me a tracking number and never got it. Promised it was shipped. Never left the state of California. Promised it would be delivered on Wednesday 11/24/2021. Never showed up. This company is a worthless scam. Don't use them. Brantley G
I had to get a new CPAP machine and parts back in April 2021. Ordering my machine and parts was easy back then and have had to reorder my gear again and it was easy to do. I will be ordering from them from now on.
Recently my Resmed Airsense 10 started making an awful noise that kept me awake. They told me to get it fixed would take 5 to 8 weeks. Without a CPAP machine for that long, I would be a mess. There only answer for me was to buy another $1100 CPAP machine to replace it while it's gone for 5 to 8 weeks. They will be fixing my machine and I will be renting another one from another company, because they couldn't find a resolution to my issue. Buyers be careful with this company, they sell something that you need for survival and they don't give a **** about your well-being. Once my machine is fixed, I will make certain they never get a dime from me on supplies or anything else ever again.
I bought a new Airsense 11 Autoset / w / Humidifier. The people care about there customers and verry helpful. And a couple day later i bought the best mask i have had for a long time. Model is Airfit n30i No Sore nose and quiet. Great people to work with. Mike m
Waited a month and a half; they told me insurance wouldn't cover it without a prescription for a new one. Talked with Easybreath and my insurance rep on a conference call. Insurance company said it was covered. Three days later, EasyBreathe called back and said it wasn't covered. They are either incompetent or liars, or both.
I tried three different masks before I just went back and ordered my old nasal mask. I had a full face cushion but no headgear or mask. I didn't get the mask but did get a cushion. I currently go thru chin straps about every 30 days, and unfortunately they don't work that well as they slip during your sleep. Overall, I was satisfied with the good service from Alexis. He was very patient with during the whole process, If I had one thing to add, it would be to add Medicare as a primary insurer.
I tried and tried to get the mask to fit properly with no luck. The mouth piece keeps blowing out and make a noise the keeps you awake. The nasal posts never fit well either. They kept collapsing then would leak. I've tried a lot of masks, but the last two that I've tried, I was not impressed. It may be my head configuration, but this company is very good at working with people to help with suggestions for a better product, and the return policy is very much appreciated.
Had an issue with not getting my order. Seems I had a prior past due balance. No one contacted me. They just did not ship my order. After I called 3 times, someone figured it out. Then the order came lightning fast. Just wish communication had been better.
Happy with EasyBreathe other than this incident
I ordered a product from Easybreathe and understood I would have to wait for a later ship date. A day after that ship date I called to check the status only to be told it would take significantly more time before it ships. No one ever sent me an email on the status, I had to chase them only to not receive the product while they had my money tied up for 1 1/2 months. To top it off they used the lame excuse "because of the current virus situation" when I already waited a month and a half.
They tell me every time I call my machine will be shipped out that day and call back and oh I'm sorry it will be shipped tomorrow. The CS person is rude and unprofessional a long with there manager.
Two times I have ordered two nasal pillow masks. Both times only one of the two have arrived in the original shipment. Packing slip in both cases indicated 2 items shipped. Easybreathe quickly sent out the missing mask. They need to get their quality control improved in their shipping department. Shipping was quick but incomplete.
Dont deserve even one star.
They should not be recommending machines without patient medical records.
I have have breathing issues since I started with the machine they recommended.
I purchased a new CPAP machine and agreed to a 4-9 week shipping time. It is now 19 weeks and they tell me they have no idea when it will be here because ResMed hasn't given them a time when they can expect their shipment. I have paid for the machine, and this is the 2nd machine that I have purchased from them OUT OF POCKET. The first being the cancer causing Philips Respironics Dream Station. The only thing they offer is a refund or a replacement with a severely inferior machine. No offer of a discount on other gear etc. This will be the last purchase I make from easybreath.
I contacted easyBreathe today regarding the need to return the product as it was not large enough. I learned that you have no replacement that will correct the situation. I was told I would receive a shipping label and a full refund. I have not received the label
