I order a new face mask and headgear. Paid and received an order number. The payment was taken out of my bank account, no receipt was ever sent to my email. 2 different representatives shuffled me back and forth insisting they had each emailed a receipt and I never received one. Easy breathe has yet to send an email stating the shipment and delivery date for my mask. I'm becoming concerned this is a scam and now I don't have the money to purchase a new mask from a legitimate supply place.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from Easy Breathe. They took my money from my bank account and never processed my order. I’m having my bank try to get my money back .
