I received an email from easybreathe.com. Save $100 using code "DREAMFULL". I changed my immediate plans to order this product. After spending all of the time to make sure it was correct... I went to pay. Guess what! No area for code entry at the checkout. My wife double checked and ensured that I wasn't missing it. Nope! Bad karma easybreathe and a waste of my morning. I am not only leaving a 1 star review (because 0 isn't an option). I am also unsubscribing to your emails. I can only assume that your business plan is to get people to just make the order and give up on the $100 off you advertised.
I purchased a cpap machine online. I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks until i got it and I agreed. 2 weeks later I checked my account for the status and it said that it was pending approval. I called to see why it was pending as I was already charged on my card. The person on the phone clearly rather collect money from unemployment as he showed no interest in my questions. Basically told me to wait for the machine if i wanted it. I waited another week and sent an email asking if the status was ever going to change. The automated system said Id get a call back within 24 hrs., of course that never happened. I called the next day and was told that they could not help me but that someone from sales would call me in 20 min. Never happened. So i called one last time and was told that they didn't get enough machines as promised and that quite a few people were left without machines. Again, zero communication and poor customer service. Needless to say i cancelled my order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AS THEY DO NOT CARE.
Seriously, I purchased nasal pillows with headgear... I got the Nasal Pillows with no headgear. Paying what I did, you'd think they could include a cheap elastic strap with the cheap plastic nasal pillows that I paid a mint for. I will search elsewhere for my C-PAP needs going forward.
The initial ad price was totally misleading for the CPAP battery. Then original salesperson described that CPAP machine battery would last one night, but it only lasted 5 hours.
I called back and spoke to another salesperson and was told I needed to pay an additional $20 to buy a humidifier bypass cover to make the battery last all night. I already spent over $400 just for the battery and car charger. Then I was told if I wanted to return the item I do not get a refund, only get store credit.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for anything, NOT at all a satisfied customer.
Don't let my rating scare you away from trying this. This is the fifth CPAP I've tried and had to tape my mouth shut to use it. It is the least uncomfortable with the straps than any of the other that caused TMJ but my sinuses did terrible with the air pressure delivered in this way. I also got my lowest score for adjusting the mask and for leaking (which I must have done in my sleep). It seemed to leak least than any of the other masks but with moving around, I must have had to adjust the nose piece. I wish it would have worked because it is very lightweight and doesn't leave lines on my face like all the other masks or make my face look all puffy for half of the day after waking. Since I am very sensitive, the nose piece couldn't be adjusted any tighter without discomfort and the tape was starting to cause skin problems. Tighening probably would have solved the leaking problem. It is a great product but just not for me.
Love the machine, but case is such a disappointment for carry it. You have to place all the attachments in separate bag to take with you. Such a let down for the price $32.

I have been able to sleep longer than before I got this new mask. It is much easier to use and wear.
My review is more about customer service than the product. I contacted EB and explained that I had the results of my sleep study but needed a prescription. They never got back to me. I was diagnosed with OSA April 4,2019 and can't get into a pulmonologist until Oct 30,2019. It's just dangerous to be this exhausted and have to drive daily. I was willing to share my medical records, specifically the OSA results, but they never bothered to even return my email. Then I contacted them through their CHAT but they also never responded. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
I was surprised at the length of time it took to receive my order and I think the cost of the items was very high as well. I also thought it was strange that I recevied an e-mail the day AFTER I ordered to get a discount on ANOTHER order! I don't expect to need to duplicate this order for at least 6 months, so if you want to send a coupon for a future order that doesn't expire for a year, that would be welcome.

REceived today. Nice carry all... BUT The container for the water is NOT there. I spoke to a nice lady and she said it would be sent to me. I need my CPAP and it useless till the part arrives.

I haven't used my c pap for over 2 years was using a dentist mouthpiece apnea "appliance" so i decided to go back to c pap Kevin guided me thru my (still functional pieces) and recommended new one TU Kevin
Just got it set up and works great. Very nice product easy to order the people are very nice and polite and walk you right thru the process, my device arrived within 1 week. The whole process was simple. I'll be doing business with breath easy a long time.
I just received delivery and used the product for the first time on 8/3. So far the product works as advertised, with one issue. The end of the heated hose that attaches to my mask does not properly fit on the connection inside the bag. It is a loose, non sealing connection. Is there a solution?
What can I say, i had a great experence with easy breathe! Chad was funny and helpful on the phone and he helped me find the right mask after mine kept leaking. I won't go anywhere else for my CPAP problems now.
Two times I have ordered two nasal pillow masks. Both times only one of the two have arrived in the original shipment. Packing slip in both cases indicated 2 items shipped. Easybreathe quickly sent out the missing mask. They need to get their quality control improved in their shipping department. Shipping was quick but incomplete.
The nosepiece is an interesting design. It required multiple adjustments as everything BEGAN to fit. The nose piece fits so close that it actually holds heat from the face, and the air is actually heated before it gets into the nostrils; it requires a bit of getting used to. Its a bit difficult getting the now piece properly into the nostrils, but that may just be because things are still adjusting to a proper fit. Once it's set it stays put, at least for a while.
I ordered replacement c-pap headgear from this company, and received it in record time. Great customer service, and even received a call from a representative to make sure every thing was in order. Highly recommended company.

I explained the urgency and asked to have the order ready as soon as possible, as my aunt was in critical condition due to Covid. They listen to my urgency and provided me options on how soon I can receive the order. I was so glad and relived of all the help and getting the mask promptly. Due to a nasal blockage I have needed to change to a full face mask. With Covid I could not get into a sleep study to get this. I was able to get a mask that fits, is comfortable, and arrived in a timely matter. Very happy with this site and my purchase.
Unfortunately I believe the setting I need for my B-PAP is strong enough to blow past the nasal pads, I have not tried to sleep with the mask, and I will do so this weekend, but my initial fitting would suggest a poor result: blow-by, whistling, needing to over tighten the straps to try and prevent the resulting problems. I will let you know how it goes.
