Ordered a spool gun for a mig135,175. I had just purchased a used Eastwood mig 135. Well it doesn't work with my 135. Spool gun is round 4 pin connector and my welder is 2 spade connectors. First email got a reply that she would find out which spool gun I needed an we could return the one I purchased. I've sent over 5 emails and posted message on Facebook page. No replies back even said if I needed a adapter to allow it to work let me know.
I will be contacting my bank to cancel the payment for the spool gun. Maybe then you will talk to me.

After investigating, the wrong spool gun was purchased for the version MIG135 the customer owns. A return for refund is required at this point and a call (for faster assistance as emails are delayed by up to 3 days per the auto-response message sent to all customers) to our Technical Support team can assist with selecting the correct spool gun before a purchase is made
Ordered item. Waited along time for item to ship. Guess what? Item was cancelled. Don't waste your time trying to order here... Wish I had read the reviews on other sites before trying to order! After talking to my colleagues, they also had similar experiences last year unfortunately.

I purchased an Eastwood Mig 180 right before Christmas. In January, Eastwood started selling the Mig 180 with the spool gun included for the same price. I spoke to a customer service rep about sending a spool gun which was now included for the price I paid. She was very nice and forwarded my request to the "Team." Unfortunately, the team didn't care about making it right. I will no longer do business with Eastwood but keep getting bombarded with emails and texts wanting me to buy more.

I purchased a bench vice one year ago directly from the manufacturer, Yost. Apparently Yost sold or gave control of their vice benches to The Eastwood Company. I called Eastwood hoping to get some help with a warranty issue on my product that's less than one year old. The tech support person confessed that they haven't even "seen" the product and only offer assistance to purchases made from them, not Yost! My advice... stay clear of Eastwood!
I ordered the 180 mig for my father as a Christmas present. Christmas Day we set it up and it didn't work. Nothing worked. Messaged Eastwood that day, not expecting a reply, but wanted to get the problem on file as soon as possible. December 26th message them again. No reply. Called on December 27th to get told only thing they can do is have me drive 2 hours to them so they acn look at it, but it most likely will have to be sent out to be fixed. What a waste of money and time. About the only positive thing I could say is it was fast shipping. But it really doesn't mean much if the product is poor with very poor communication. It's very disappointing
Bought a full quarter panel from Eastwood for $697 dollars. It is advertised as an AMD panel, which is high quality, made in USA and, rightfully costs about $600 to $700. What I received was an "X-Panel", that AMD also sells at a much lower price ($399) that is made in China. This is false advertising, fraud, price gauging and just down right dishonest. I paid more for a high quality product, and got sent the lower quality product at the same price. NEVER again will I trust this company.

I want to sincerely express my appreciation for the level of customer service that James provided. I recently inherited a vintage vise and needed to obtain a base that would fit. Websites do not list any base dimensions; however, James at Eastwood was able to identify a base that would fit by taking the time to go into the warehouse to measure several different bases to find a match. Customer service at this level is very hard to find snd i am truly appreciative of the service James provided and for Eastwood in allowing this level of support. Great company!, Thank you James!

Make sure you check your receipts. Purchased 2 items that are on sale, and was charged full price. Almost $50 difference. Partly my fault should have been paying attention, but still leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I ordered a drill press and received a bandsaw blade instead. This was probably Jet's fault however eastwood's customer service has been very poor! It takes 2-3 days for an email reply and they still haven't refunded my money or arranged a return after two weeks. I'm close to calling my credit card company about them.

2.5 weeks after order placed for their overpriced paint. No emailed confirmation. No response to several emails. And get this…. They say after you place an order it cannot be cancelled. Really? Lol my credit card company begs to differ. And try sending an email to *******@eastwood.com. "Mailbox is full". Seriously can't make this up. They are running borderline criminal at this point. What online company doesn't send you an email confirmation of an order. What online company states you cannot cancel an order that hasn't shipped in 3 weeks? What online company has "mailbox full", when you try to email them at the only email address available to use for customer service. And get this…. They keep deleting any comments I post on YouTube. This company appears to be in trouble. And in my firm opinion should be taken down off the internet. They appear to be operating in a Scam mode these days. The $10 off coupon codes? They don't work. Bad news.

Ordered an item almost 4 weeks ago. Never received the item. I contacted Eastwood Company 3 times to to cancel this order and refund my money. They refused to do either, their respond is always the same - we will get back with you shortly. Had to open a case with my credit card company.

Eastwood is really drawing straws. Why would I want a gift card for a company that sales crap equipment? If they really wanted to Reagan customers and have good reviews they would not sale Junk! I am gonna try and take a loss on this supposed new welder and sale it so I can buy a Miller or some brand that isn't junk...
We did everything to address this gentleman’s concern. Here at Eastwood we stand behind our products and will continue to do so. We offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Within the first 90 days you may contact us for a replacement or a refund for any reason. After the 90 days the welders still have a 3 year warranty. If within those 3 years anything should malfunction on your welder we will replace the welder for you without question. With all welders we do ask that you allow our tech department to assist you in diagnosing the problem. If it can be fixed with parts we will provide those parts to you. Unfortunately his welder requires a replacement. We offered this replacement to him and have since sent him the email label to send the original back at no cost. While this welder is outside of the 90 day satisfaction guarantee and is not eligible for a refund, we did offer him an Eastwood gift card for the full cost of his welder. He did not find this option appealing and requested the replacement.
As stated previously we have sent out the email label and will be releasing his replacement as soon as we see the welder is in our carrier’s hands.
We have done everything in our power to make this right for him.

At first, we were off to a good start. I had ordered a welding top, leg kit and plasma table. Customer service picked up that I may have order the wrong sized leg kit, contacted me, I deferred to them and they were going to switch to a different size leg kit. What I received was two leg kits, and the welding top with not plasma table. They also billed be twice for the order. Nearly a year of nothing short of 4 dozen emails, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still out $1600. I would not, under any circumstances, order anything from a company that cannot resolve their errors.

Answer: Hello Don, after the 3-year warranty has expired we recommend that if any malfunctions happen with your welder; the welder be taken to a local repair shop. At that point, a call can be placed to our customer solutions department to purchase parts to have the welder repaired.

Answer: Charles, Admittedly, we've had a tough time with a total system overhaul that occurred at the end of August 2016. We've come a long way since then but have run into other issues as Laura points out, where the black powders got mislabeled leading to glossy black being packaged as satin black.
