It's as if you have a pretty Web site and above average products but don't give a s++t about the people who are paying $ for those products.
My order number is so-01303852. I need to return this order for a full refund. I called several times and was spoken to very badly.
I ordered a hot stapler two months ago, it showed up in a few weeks and didnt work right out of the box, sent it back, still no refund or new stapler
Dear Eastwood, do you EVER look at your reviews to see what people are saying about your customer service?
