Damaged parts were never replaced with the correct parts, extremely poor customer service, parts are often out of stock with no eta. Halfway into a 1500$ plus build and the refuse to make things right or refund anything that I have spent. They also did not reply to my better business bureau claim. Do not order anything from Eaglemoss!
They appear to have run out of the enterprise build kits. Last shipment received was a duplicate order on parts bag 5. My last order has been delayed going on 2 months. I originally had a weekly build kit, but they can't deliver items it appears
Read the other reviews. I should have! Supposed to get the Enterprise-D but now they say it's out of stock. It's been 3 months with no shipments, but I noticed they charged my card and I thought, sweet, they're sending me parts again. Nope, it's an ugly picture of the Enterprise. I don't know how they are still in business. Well, maybe it's because of people like me who didn't read the reviews (which I usually do).
Horrible customer service! Took them 3 days to charge my credit card, claimed my parts were shipped, when obviously they were not! Sent them a seriously unhappy customer email, don't expect an answer. Doubt I will ever receive my paid for parts! They were good and on-time, until that blasted "free" cap came up short.
I ordered 2 products from their store. They took so long to arrive, I emailed to the customer support, and to my confusion they vaguely answered the packages had been delivered. Only then I was provided with tracking numbers. After looking it up, both of the packages ended up at 2 different addresses non of which was mine. I emailed them again and they told me they'd resend new packages. It also took awhile so I looked up tracking number. To my disbelief, they got my address wrong again, 3 random people just got free toys, I got none. They has not responded to my last email for 2 months now. Luckily I used Paypal so I'm issuing a refund, what a waste of time and energy.
Wow this company has the worst customer service ever. The products are great but if you have a problem you are SOL. They will charge you for stuff you already cancelled and tell you it's your fault they have your wrong account number on their emails. I have never had such a bad experience in customer service any where! I dread having to call cause I know it's gonna be a fight every time!
I signed up for the Enterprise D build. However, every month I have to call and get them to enter my credit card information into their system again. I have tried this with multiple financial institutions and it is the same thing. I was told from my financial institution they failed to submit the expiration date with the charge so it was declined. You try and explain this to the customer service and the last lady I spoke with was rather rude. I am very disappointed at the customer service and how they handle the issue. The next call is to cancel the subscription.
You'll agree to a price and then they'll delay your shipments until they raise their prices. Then suddenly their in stock.
As an added bonus their customer service literally cares nothing for your satisfaction.
I pre-ordered 3 figurines at cost me 34.99 each, they have my money, but now I'll never get it back, so I'm nearly 105 euro out of pocket to a company that's going under. I emailed them continuously over the last 1.5 years, and at no time was there any indication that they wouldn't deliver. They led me down the path and then abandoned me without anything to show for my money. I paid with PayPal too, but my buyers protection only lasts 180 days, so no refund there either. It's a sad state of affairs when customers get ripped off by what will most likely be millions, and with a lot of customers with part built models! I'll never wait more than 180 days ever again, more trust a company past 180 days to deliver. Stay away from anything to do with Eaglemoss.
You sign up for a subscrition for parts to build a product. Parts go out every week or moth at you tequest but then the parts stop. No word from them. 404 error on their website. Phone unanswered. Chat is down. And a paid money for a worthless partial ship that will likely never be completed.
Stay away.
No refund, no chance to purchase the remaining pieces to the model. We are just stuck with half a model. Don't bother reaching out to them. They just tell you that you have no rights to any more of the model or compensation.
Items are never shipped on time. The items are always broken. Customer service is garbage and if you're an idiot like me you'll be stupid enough to do something like sign up for a big build like the ECTO1. Note: I've been signed up for this since 2020 and stopped getting items to finished about 6 months ago. No calls no emails. FU eaglemosss
I've tried twice for their different build your own models. First with the Delorean and second with the Enterprise D. With the Delorean the first couple months went smooth. Then they skipped a month of parts. When I called they said they'd fix it. Instead I got parts from a previous month I already had. When I called back they said the parts I wanted are on back order. Kinda hard to build the model in stages when you can't get the parts in order. And with the Enterprise D good luck getting parts on time or at all. But oh they'll be right there charging your bank account. And they are sleazy. The so called bonuses the offer with the builds. I got charged separately for. I got the bonus one month but no parts.
Final words. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I have now been waiting over 1 year for backordered issues amongst others that are at 9 months & 6 months. Communication is terrible. Receive emails back saying I'm on the priority list but don't get any ETA. I've currently got thousands of dollars invested in this collection. I currently have around 140 issues so cancelling is not an option. At this point in time I've paid for 13 issues that I haven't received. Eaglemoss, if you are reading this my acc no is G******* please look into this as I'm really at a loss at what to do. I've been getting the Marvel collection from Hatchette and they are always up to date and that collection is up to 250 issues.
Abysmal customer service. Placed an order with "expedited shipping", but one month, 45 minutes on the phone waiting for their customer service department, and three emails later I haven't received it. Nor have I received a response to half of my customer service inquiries. Reporting them to my credit card company.
Ordered the Ghostbusters ecto 1 back in July and cancelled the month after. The reason I cancelled was the fact that the parts where delayed and missing. When I phoned about this they said they would not charge me for anymore parts and the account was settled. However today (9th November) I recieved a letter from a debt collection agency saying I owe £50. I phoned them again to resolve this and they said it is settled. So watch this space. Just be aware and watch for hidden charges, eaglemoss have just lost a customer.
Canadian Customers BEWARE! First off: Shipping fees make no sense: you can order a single book and no shipping fees but if you order two books at once suddenly your forced to go on a shopping spree to get free shipping!
2: Ordered Battlestar Galactica Shipyards book and received designing spaceships instead. Weeks of assurances later by email and over the phone but "OH NO we have a problem with our system that effects all orders to Canada!" Says they will ship out the proper order or give a refund, so I asked for the book and weeks later I have yet to receive anything but platitudes and promises both by email and phone. I was just on the phone with a very haughty supervisor who clearly had no interest in my REPEATED emails, simply quoting the same BS. So I demanded a refund and told them I'm never shopping again.
I ordered the Monthly Marvel chess collection as a present for my Granddaughter in June of 2019 (writing this in June of 2021), right away the issues began, the chessboard was on backorder, binder box to store the comic book editions were never sent out until I made a phone call. Several months would go by without a single chess piece being received. When calling their so-called customer service number I
Always received attitude but no solutions. Totally frustrated by their lack of concern I went to eBay and started purchasing the chess pieces from comic book shops across the country to try and complete my granddaughter's gift. Terrible experience with what should have been a wonderful memory!
Several weeks ago I decided to subscribe to Eaglemoss's Build the DeLorean Part Works. What a mistake that was. Despite Eaglemoss taking nearly £100.00 from my account for twelve issues of the magazine I did not receive a single copy. Having sent numerous e-mails and made endless telephone calls Eaglemoss seem incapable of fulfilling their core business, providing subscription subscription services. Even after escalating my problems to Eaglemoss's Management team I was still lied to over and over again with promises of deliveries that just did not materialise. I have now cancelled the subscription and await a full refund. This is an appalling company long on promises but short on delivery who lie and lie again to avoid meeting their obligations. My advice steer well clear of Eaglemoss they care nothing for customers and refuse to put matters right.
I started a DeLorean build. I received one shipment. 4 months later still nothing. I contacted customer service. They claimed that parts have been on back order but had no idea when they would be in stock. I cancelled my subscription because if they sent one shipment in 4 months then how the hell do they expect to complete a build that will take 18 months? Answer... they don't. Don't waste your time or money. I should have listened to all the reviews. So please listen to mine. Don't buy any builds from Eaglemoss. You will only be disappointed in the end.
