I ordered 2 products from their store. They took so long to arrive, I emailed to the customer support, and to my confusion they vaguely answered the packages had been delivered. Only then I was provided with tracking numbers. After looking it up, both of the packages ended up at 2 different addresses non of which was mine. I emailed them again and they told me they'd resend new packages. It also took awhile so I looked up tracking number. To my disbelief, they got my address wrong again, 3 random people just got free toys, I got none. They has not responded to my last email for 2 months now. Luckily I used Paypal so I'm issuing a refund, what a waste of time and energy.
