I have a premium subscription to the Eaglemoss DC Comics Graphic Novel collection. I am supposed to receive two books per month -- but Eaglemoss has not sent me any shipments at all for FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS now.
When I asked Eaglemoss customer service about this, they replied that they stopped sending my subscription shipments because a "Green Lantern premium book has regrettably been unavailable".
That, of course, is not an answer at all. Needless to say, it is absurd to suggest that the unavailability of one single book is an acceptable or logical reason to completely stop sending any other books in my subscription -- for over four months (and counting). This is utterly ridiculous.
When I asked, they refused to give me an answer as to when they intend to start sending me books again.
What a DISGRACE of a company! My partner has now waited months for issues owed to him for the back to the future car. They keep lying every time we call saying it is shipped out but cannot give a tracking number or can we EVER SPEAK TO A MANAGER! Worst most unprofessional company all they do IS LIE to customers. WAS told the issues owed would be sent out 2 weeks ago, ONCE AGAIN had to email them of course as god forbid they could have a manager call to sort this mess out and once again told oh no sorry they are on hold until we get it sorted with suppliers! IF anyone has taken legal action please let me know as I am happy to sue to lot out of this company.
Terrible service now, no parts, no deliveries, always charged, always lied to, always told wait 21 days. Dodgy payments being taken out, no replies, advise AGAINST starting a subscription as it WONT be completed before this shambles of a company go bust
I have attempted to cancel an unwanted and unauthorised subscription extention on the Build the Delorean series numerous times. I got no answer on the phone and no response to emails so I cancelled the credit card they were taking payment from and got a new one. A month later they took payment from my NEW credit card! How? So I cancelled that one and got another new card AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN! My bank keeps reversing the payments and can't understand how they are accessing my account. Don't sign up for anything with this crappy company - you'll regret it.
I ordered an item and received free shipping. A few minutes later I realized I also wanted to add another $40.00 to my order. $40.00 was not enough to get free shipping but I placed the second order because I thought they would be able to combine the two orders, ship them together and just refund me the shipping charges (if I had ordered them both in the same cart shipping would have been free for both items and this was less than 1 hour apart). I was very surprised/disappointed that after spending more than $120.00 they could not be bothered to combine the shipment and just refund me the shipping on the second order. They must not want my business. Customer Service was terrible and seemed to be reading from a cue card. Even talked to a supervisor and got the same "canned' response. They are a store and can't refund an amount on Paypal!? Seriously? I NEVER saw a store that was unable to correct small mistakes. SO... they can keep my $6.95 for shipping and they lose a long-term customer as this will be my first and LAST time buying anything from this store. It's a shame because their stuff looked nice.
My husband got me the limited addition Albua Dumbledore+ collection for Christmas we didn't receive the 1st one until 10 or so days after and it was broken, we called and they told us they would send out another one. Received the 2nd one and that one was broken as well. So we called one last time and they sent a 3rd one out and it was broken. All 3 of them BROKEN! Poorly made, crappy company overall. I'm so disappointed considering this was my CHRISTMAS gift and now I have nothing
I was super excited to subscribe to the wizarding alley monthly subscription. I should have read the reviews first, because my story is practically a replica of everyone else's. I received no information or update about my subscription for weeks, so after 3 weeks I contacted them to find out when I would receive my first shipment (the site and automated response email says the first shipment will be 21 days from payment.) They said it was on back order and they didn't have an ETA. I gave it another week, but after 4 weeks and no proactive updates, I've decided to cancel. They make you call in to do so. The rep I spoke to didn't even ask why I was cancelling. Ironically, they offered to make the time between shipments longer.
I also want to mention how terrible their email support is. It takes multiple emails to get all the information you need. In fact, I had to ask the same question in 3 emails because they kept ignoring it (I had asked if they had other wizarding alleys available to subscribe to.) After the third time, they just didn't respond back at all. I'm not sure why their support team thinks it's okay to ignore their customer's questions. That's about as terrible support as you can get.
As an avid Harry Potter collector and online shopper, my strong recommendation is to avoid this company. They should not be selling products that they don't have in stock and have no idea when they will. Their support team needs to learn proper customer service. As a whole, they need to get their act together.
I started my subscription back in August of 2019 and everything was going okay for for afew months until May of this year when I called in not once but twice to find out when my next order was coming out... the first time the CSR (customer service representative) said that my order will be sent out next week on tuesday.
Tuesday comes and go and no email confirmation so I call again only to be told that a part is on back order and they don't know when it will be available. First red flag. A week went by and I finally got the email confirmation.
Now its happened again this month... part on back order and when I asked when it will be available the gentleman that I spoke to said he couldn't tell me when it will be.
I also called last friday 6/12/2020 to see when my next billing date was... the lady that I spoke to said that it's on tuesday 6/16/2020 which is today... but... no email confirmation so I called again only to be told that a part is on back order... why did the lady that I spoke to the other day tell me that I asked and the gentleman and he didn't have an answer. Second red flag.
I ask that same gentleman if he could email me when the part is available and he said No we don't do that... but that's a good idea.
So what am I supposed to to do? Sit here and twiddle my thumbs until you get the part? Third red flag!
I'm in this for the long haul but my patience is wearing thin.

Being a big fan of the Alien/Predator & Ghostbuster franchises, I have purchased many items from Eaglemoss. Obviously as is the case with collectibles, some items sell out, however the Eaglemoss website is so poorly configured, there are occasions where the website shows an item is in stock, will let you order the item(and Eaglemoss will happily take your money), only to be repeatedly let down as the item is not in stock, and you get a notification about 7 days later saying you are receiving a refund. This has happened many times in July where I have tried to order a couple of items. I tried to contact Customer Service via email and phone, with at least 8 emails explaining the problem with the site, how I am willing to help test etc. etc. And no response. In addition to that, I am subscribed to the Build a Ghostbuster vehicle and the last 3 issues have gone to the wrong address. I have contacted the Customer Service each time after the incorrect delivery and each time they have assured me the delivery address has been changed on the system where it clearly hasn't. I am very disappointed with how Eaglemoss operate, and the Customer Service is non-existant. I feel that I need to warn others prior to using this company. Which is a shame as the products are actually quite good.
The setting: 3 IN STOCK ITEMS that were ordered on Dec 5th.
At the time of the order, the website stated 2-3 business days for processing, and 7-10 days for standard shipping. After 6 business days of the website order status showing as processing, I emailed customer service on 12/14 for a status update. I received a generic response that my order had been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. Unsatisfied with this response, I called customer service on 12/18. The representative informed me that my order had been sent to the warehouse on 12/7, and should have been shipped no later than 12/12. She could escalate the issue, but nothing more. Less than 4 hours later, I received an email with an Eaglemoss tracking number. Basically, an "in house" tracking number from Pitney-Bowes assigned until the actual USPS accepted the package.
On 12/21, I received an email from "escalated" customer service stating that eaglemoss had no control over shipping via USPS, and that I should have my package by 12/29. All well and good, but that didn't explain why my order sat at their warehouse for two weeks prior to being fulfilled. So much for the plan of Christmas presents!
The last update? My package allegedly arrived at a Pitney Bowes in Alanta, GA on 12/23, and left the next day on 12/24 in route to a USPS facility. As of 12/29, the USPS still has no record of it.
In summary, I wouldn't recommend eaglemoss to anyone, and in the future I'll be using a reseller or doing without. It's simply not worth the headache.
I had subbed to get the Ecto 1 build up from Eaglemoss. However, they kept screwing up my shipments every time. The final time they sent me a shipment of parts and the wrong Magazine. I call in, they send the same incorrect magazine. I call again, they send a parts pack that had nothing to do with my order or shipment. I call yet again, and they send yet another parts pack that had nothing to do with my order or my shipment. I call in, understandably unhappy at this point, but the person on the other end hangs up on me because "I hurt her feelings". I call in demanding to speak to someone in charge, get promised I would get a call back, but nothing. So I email them demanding the correct magazine. Their response? Refund my money and delete my account. They do not operate nor do they act like a valid company. They are based in the UK, but you cannot contact anyone in the UK because they just do not care about customers. The thought process they follow is that as long as they can get enough of the supposed customers and Youtubers correct, then they are making plenty of money, so anyone they make a mistake with is expendable to them I would warn to stay away from this company, because now due to what they have pulled I will always have this unfinished and unfinishable model collecting dust in my home. What a truly worthless company.

I ORDERED MORE THAN A MONTH AGO AND STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE: Back in the beginning of November I ordered almost $400 worth of Star Trek Collectibles. The website stated expect 1 to 2 days to pick the product and free 3 day delivery. After more than half a dozen calls to Eaglemoss, I still don't have my product, no follow up from multiple escalations to Customer Service, the Fulfillment/Warehouse Teams, or a Corporate Representative. I have found the Eaglemoss's Customer Service Team are polite but offer no answers to why the lengthy delay to fulfill the order or the lack of speed of the package being given to USPS. They have a convenient fall back answer of it must be from COVID-19. Its now been a week and half since a shipping label for USPS was created. According to Eaglemoss, the package has not been given to USPS yet. They hope that the order will arrive before Christmas. They are unable to explain the lengthy delay and why other retailers are not experiencing these same issues. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT ORDERING ITEMS FROM EAGLEMOSS. I would recommend other vendors off of Amazon's website. I experienced zero issues on multiple orders for similar collectibles.
Eaglemoss is a deceptive company that preys on their customers. They makes a fine product, but they do everything in their power to snatch every penny from you that they can.
If you sign up for one product subscription line, they have it in the contract they can send and charge you for others, adding larger more expensive models at periodic rates even though they were not advertised in the initial subscription. The charges are supposed to be monthly, but what they mean is every so many days, like 25 days and they just take the money out of your account. This number changes based on their arbitrary whims and they can suddenly say charge you every 16 days, every 20 days, and one time they charged me within ten days. They WILL NOT work with you to say choose a date for the money to come out, because you could cancel before that day and Eaglemoss wants their money. They will also add random things to your cart and charge you for them, and when you ask they fall back on claiming it was in the contract or that they "just add things sometimes" which is BS but an actual response.
Then if you buy into one of their sales, such as a "buy so much and get a so so gift voucher" they won't send the gift card physically, just email it to you almost two months later for no reason. So I fell for this, ordered a ship from their star trek line using the voucher which never ships. "out of stock" they say when I call. I watch their store and the item pops in and out of stock, so I patiently wait, assuming they had back orders. That order was made on September 12, and they never ship, always "We don't know when it will be back in stock" so March 29 next year I call and cancel, the lady says Refund is on the way 4-5 days.
Never comes, imagine my surprise.
Then I call back, first clerk says she can't even find the order and starts referring to items I never purchased, sends me to her manager who claims "we pre-charged you that money should have fallen off, we never received any money. Asked what the clerk on Sunday was talking about and she says she was mistaken.

This entire business seems to be aimed at getting as much money from you as quickly as possible and then delaying, obfuscating and refusing to give it back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you must have their products by from third party selllers or better yet, get a used one on Ebay. Every dime you send to someone else is one they don't get.
Answer: It's a legitimate company, but as been pointed out, it's a gamble. You might get it, you might not.
