I have sat in for 2 days, same delivery man has gone to wrong address. No live people to speak to avoid as they don't have a system to talk to you. I emailed yesterday to try to ensure the delivery came today. It wasn't looked at
Not possible to speak with anyone. Live chat never works. Lied about attempted delivery when we were there as NO TIME slots offered so arranged to wait in all day. Driver horrifically rude.
We could go on. They do not deserve to be in business. Stay away from them if you want to stay in business.
Legitimately the worst delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of being stuck with. 6 days late as of writing, multiple emails sent, no response, live chat permanently offline, phone service with no humans to contact, only two options, track your package or hang up call.
Marked for delivery on 5 separate days and not arrived. Now the driver is claiming he was unable to deliver
The package, two people were in the house and I was in the front garden, the only recourse is to reschedule the delivery, which will undoubtedly have the same result. What a shambles.
Avoid this company like the plague.
This company delivers for Home detail. When I say delivers I mean that in the loosest term! Ordered on a Friday morning received message insuring delivery by 8pm... of course no delivery. They contacted me saying they could deliver but at inconvenient times of day for anyone in full time employment. So I asked them to return the item to sender on Monday. Since then they have tried to deliver twice and now they are charging me to return item. Archaic, inadequate and totally useless delivery service. Obviously if I could take time off work I wouldn't need the item delivered! Even a supermarkets deliver out of hours.
I was contacted by DX Delivery courtesy of my original review?!
Profound apologies were made to me & how shocked, surprised & unusual this scenario was.
In fairness I was given a updated (approx) delivery time & duly received my item within that time
I still wouldn't personally advise anyone I know to use their services but I can't truly think of any courier that fulfils their promises?

Awful service from beginning firstly delivered a parcel to me although the wrong parcel just left it on the door step no ring the bell or knock on the door. Secondly opened parcel as label said my name but wrong item? Looked at packaging notice seller applied label correctly with my details but driver applied another label on the opposite side with someone else address. TOTALLY STUPID. Now waiting for them to sort it out. Wasted my time and can't get car sorted as spare part is on the other side of the UK. The same as happened to this buyer as well as I have there spare part. TOTALLY AWFUL SERVCE WITH NO APOLOGIES OR COMPENSATION all I got was speak to parcel 2 go on live chat and just now by email the same reply after wasting more of my time. Also blaming the sender for putting wrong label on parcel when they stick their own labels on parcels. NOT PROFESSIONAL
So I get home to find my parcel on the floor behind my back gate. My gate is locked so I wonder how it got there as it is clearly marked fragile and the gate is 6ft tall. So upon viewing the CCTV of my house and garden etc I can see the DX delivery man just drops the box over the gate! Its marked up as fragile as contained a glass bottle which naturally didn't fair well in a 6ft drop. So I fill in the contact us form on DX's website and await a response. 24 hours later and I have nothing so I find the customer service email address and send them an email explaining how disappointed I am with the delivery man and wanted to make sure he would be dealt with accordingly. The response I get is that basically as long as it is left in a safe place they can do what they like with the package and they didn't even ask to see the CCTV of the driver! I really got the feeling that they just didn't care, as far as they were concerned the parcel had been delivered! Only when I told them again how disappointed I was in the service I had received I then got a follow up email asking me for my details, but all this shows is that they care even less as all the information that was being asked can be obtained by there own tracking number!
In short, I shall never use DX to deliver anything of mine.
I bought an audio amplifier and it was due for delivery from DX. Despite being in, and waiting for this delivery I got a note through the door and a parcel chucked over the fence into the garden. But it gets worse. The parcel isn't even mine, it's some speakers that the same seller shipped at the same time and he gets my amplifier despite the address labels being very clear. The seller arranges collection the next day and I get to talk to my courier, who doesn't care at all about my concerns that he's throwing fragile (and marked up as such) parcels over the fence and he practically runs away when I tell him that next time (tomorrow) I will be filing a complaint if he does. The guy with my amplifier isn't so lucky. He waits in all day but no-one comes to collect.
Now I'm off for a week and there's no time to deliver. The seller manages to redirect my parcel (assuming it ever gets picked up) to my work address who have kindly agreed to sign for it until my return.
I get back a week later to find my amplifier has been chucked over the fence in the rain. I contact the seller who contacts DX, who bizarrely state that they are not a courier for "fragile" goods and offer no apology. I also learn the speakers which were incorrectly delivered to me have arrived damaged and the seller has had to refund the buyer (out of his own pocket).
So the seller and I are attempting to work through the DX claim procedure, but it seems that unless the parcel was delivered and opened in the presence of a reputable witness no amount of photographic evidence regarding the state of the parcel on delivery or the damage to the contents will elicit any sympathy or admission of wrongdoing.
In all honesty, I can't recommend their service, unless you're in the business of shipping bricks, but I think even then they would end up broken.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from your company. I entrusted you with the delivery of my blinds, but the experience has been far from satisfactory.
To begin with, I missed the initial delivery day because I did not receive any text message or email notification regarding the status of my delivery.
After rescheduling for another day, I made sure to be available all day, yet your staff failed to show up or provide any communication regarding the situation.
Frustrated, I rescheduled once again for today and had to contact your customer service to understand what was happening. I was promised a transcript of the chat once I closed the window, but it never arrived.
Furthermore, instead of the initially agreed upon 9-5 delivery window, I suddenly received a text message notifying me that the delivery would take place between 7 am and 9 pm.
I find it unacceptable that in this digital era, I had to spend an entire day waiting like a statue without being given even a two-hour window for the delivery. This lack of consideration for my time is highly disappointing.
To add insult to injury, I just received a message stating that the delivery was unsuccessful BECAUSE I WAS NOT IN, despite the fact that I have been at my designated location all day long. This kind of negligence is unacceptable.
Considering my daily rate of £150, I request that DX compensate me for the inconvenience caused.
Your company's performance has been utterly useless, and your employees seem to lack any sense of pride in their work. I hope you take my concerns seriously and take immediate steps to rectify this situation.
My parcel was not delivered, and they are clearly lying because 3 hours before the supposedly attempted delivery it already said it was scanned into their logistical center.
I was tracking the map and when they were close I left the door open and was looking over the balcony and they did not even get close to the building and suddenly it said ´´consignee no longer at address awaiting further instructions´´
It is a really awful and poor service since they also do not take phone calls, its only an automated service. They caused me to start my new job without my uniform, how horrible!
