This is very doggy bussines. My experience with it was awful. First I was waiting for the package for more than 50 days. When it arrived it was broken (DOA). I was trying to get their support ticket but a soon as it is submited the site terminates the connection - so no ticket and no way to contact them. Live chat doesn't work either - I was waiting for connection for hours without luck.
Stay away if don't want to loose money.

Do not buy from them

Very bad dealers. They do not send your parcel. They do not give your money back. My order never sent. My gift card expired and non refundable cause of their delay. But they said they refund my expired gift card. So I lost my money and nothing sent for me.

Used to be ok

Used to be ok. (Had to order 2-3 things in order to receive 1 that does what it should), but lately they are unable to fullfill the orders. It has been 2 months since I ordered/payed and nothing received yet. I had to contact them in order to be onformed that item is out of stock. Partial shipment is still trying to reach me... Chose another site to place an order!

I ordered some items total worth of 22 euros or so. DX.com made a mistake of shipping it to the wrong address. How they managed to do that is still a mistery because my address in their system (website) is accurate (I put it there myself obviously) and the address on the invoice was correct as well.
After waiting very long I tracked the package myself (took some real effort, no help from DX) and found out that it had the wrong address. By that time our national postal service had returned the package because it was undeliverable.
DX denied everything, told me I had given the wrong address myself and basically told me to piss off. So that was my last order at DX. I cannot trust those guys. I cannot trust them copying an address from their system without mistakes and I cannot trust them in solving their own problems. They did this at my (the customer's) expense.

I placed my order back in Dec and it's been 2 months and I still haven't received my order and can't track my order. The customer support service is useless. Same standard reply - "wait for another one to two weeks". Got that same reply even after month from my initial inquiry. Frankly, the saving if at all there is any, is worth less. I lost the interest in the product. I wouldn't recommend to buy.

DealExtreme is complete garbage. I waited 5 week as they recommended. Then they said to wait another week, which I did. Into the 7th week I made a so-called "ticket" to request reimbursement. They refused to respond to this. Then I posted a complaint with PayPal to request reimbursement. To date (June 11,2014) I believe I have been robbed by DealExtreme and so far no help from PayPal. PayPal should avoid any connection with DealExtreme.

Ordered on Jan 1 2014, was told my items were shipped on Jan 2 2014, now it's Feb 4,2014, still haven't received my items, no tracking number was provided, contact them without any response. Will have to contact my credit company soon and will never buy from them even if the product is FREE, lousy customer service, the live chat is useless. STAY AWAY from this Deal Extreme.com, unreliable, fraudulent practice, cyber con artist!

Good for nothing

Beeing a eager dx.com customer for over 6 years now, my latest correspondence with them left me with a very negative impression. In short: new return policy regarding faulty products makes it so that they will not carry the cost if your country have to an expensive shipping cost. They will only carry the cost to a specific cost vs. worth to the product. I was offerd a partial refund of 13$ against a product that cost 45$ at dx.com, (product is not working, and any refund lower than a full refund or shipped a new product is not acceptable for me) and this was rejected by me.
To my horror 2 more products of the same type is failing, and ill just have to take the loss of 135$. With well over 100 orders at dx.com, my shopping there ends now.

I had shopped with DX many times with out issue, but when there was an issue there was no help from dx support. I have waited over two months for an item I ordered. Every time I contacted DX support I was told to wait another week. After a month and a half I got sick of it and submitted a ticket requesting a refund. The ticket went ignored for a week so I started the chat service, the support staff on there said the staffer handling my ticket was on vacation and would be back in a couple days, he wouldn't process my refund. 5 days later and there has still been no reply to my ticket or refund request.
The supports staff seems to only know how to tell you to wait longer for an item. I first requested a refund when the item still had not come one month after ordering. I asked the support staff if he thought it was right that I should wait a month and a half for an item I order from them and he said yes and did not apologize for the long delay.

Dear SiteJabbers,

I ordered an iPhone 6s from them and after a couple of weeks it was finally shipped and then it took forever to come and once I received the package, there was no iPhone inside! They didn't even send me the iPhone I ordered! Instead, there was one iPhone 11 Pro case and one iPhone 11 Pro screen protector inside! Absolutely, horrible.
And after weeks of fighting with them, they never gave me the refund!

Seriously, do NOT waste your money on this website. You WILL regret it.

Worst company!

Worst company! Dont evern try it I bought a stylus it took two months when it came it was miniature in size and it was ordinary plastic with no soft tip i cant even use it it wont work who sells a fake stylus! Terrible!

Very bad service, money payed - order have not been received!
A have ordered a SKU: ******* Designer's 2.5" SATA to SATA HDD / SSD Caddy for 12.7mm Optical Drive at 12.11.2012, today a 4. 01. 2013, money paid and order has not been received! I cant get from them a tracking number of my order! I think they just did not send anything at all to me. I do not recommend this store - customer fraud, theft in general!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It's been close to 2 months since I placed a order with them and all I get as a response is that I should wait a little longer. They also don't adhere to their 'timely' refund policy either. Using the ticket service or online chat is absolutely hopeless as they just ask rhetorical questions and end with asking you to wait longer once again. China may be on the other side of the world but never in my experience has any product taken over 15 days tops to get to me. Buyers beware.

I want to make surprise for my employee, so I order phone from this dumb site. Use my office address with my employee name as the receiver and the nightmare begins. Order 3 times, refunded 3 times, again n again until I ask why they do that, the customer service said the control departmen refuse to accept my order, they said I make fraud order (lol, dumbass moron never ask anything before judge, it really offend me with their judgement).
Well, I just wanna say dont order from them, their online service suck, their control department suck, even paypal contact me because their action (3 times refunded in the same day).

There is actually no way to speak with anyone. They dont even try to deliver just send "you werent here" through the mail first (the hint is they had to send it in the mail!). Cracked out carrier pigeon is far preferable to DX.

Horrible customer service
December 31, 2013

Horrible customer service. Ordered 3 tablets on Nov 21 for Christmas. They claim they were shipped on Nov. 27, tracking number showed NOTHING until Dec 16th. Here it is New Years day and still nothing. You try to ask a question and all they say is "You wait more" Horrible. I will NEVER EVER deal with this company again and I would suggest you do not either.

It's the worst page I've visited ever. I bought there and basicaly never recived my stuff. I wrote thousands of e-mails to them, and they were just saying it would arrive soon, until I went to Paypal to ask for my money back. It was too late for a Paypal refound, so DX.com never gave me my money, nor what I bought. Such a bad experience and awful communication, I will never buy there again, and I will advise everyone I know they are not a good page.

Ordered a bluetooth speaker. SKU *******
Will not connect to Bluetooth. Blue LED only flashes 2 times instead of 6 as instructions say. Does not have a red or green LED as instructions say. Does not look like or have same controls as instructions show. Unable to get it to connect with bluetooth phone.
