I placed an order for around $200, The order went through and they took my money. After a little while I received an email that they put a hold on my order and the only way to have the order go through was to send them front and back pictures of my credit card and my passport. I refused but the then they refused to return my money and when I contacted them three times they refused to respond. STAY AWAY!

*Update*
I sent in some information though nothing that would compromise my identity which is what they wanted. I gave them a deadline to process my order or to refund my money. They gave me two days to submit my documents so I gave them two days to accept them. The two days came and went and I told them to cancel my order. A couple days later they accepted my document and processed my order even though I told them and the seller to cancel my order.
*This is a very untrustworthy site!

Alibaba instituted the gold supplier program. This is not a program for the best or highest rated suppliers on their site, it is for companies that pay them for it. Companies can pay to be a gold supplier and then when you look for products Alibaba will give your name and email address to that supplier. Even though the company refuses to do business on Alibaba they can still pay to receive your information. If you report the company nothing will happen. Since these companies are smart enough not to use the same email address to try and scam you as they do to buy your information from Alibaba, Alibaba will side with the company and continue to give them customers personal information. Alibaba 100% supports companies that try to scam their customers because they get paid by the scammers.
I changed my email address to show that it was one company attempting to scam me and with all the evidence Alibaba refused to do anything but tell me I was wrong and it is not that company because their email and the scammers email addresses are different.

My order still hasn't arrived after 45 days. CS says they understand my frustration but never apologized. I would recommend 6dollarshirts or shirt. Woot. Both ship quickly and at least apologize when their company screws up.
Its speed lives up to its name.

I ordered 8 shirts from them to wear for Halloween and paid around $25 for international shipping. After placing the order I received a message saying that if there was a mistake contact the quickly because they fulfill orders very fast. After about a week my order still had not shipped so I contacted them. The email I received said that many customers were confused and that it was a pre order. So I checked the sight and there was no mention of it being a preorder. They never updated their site to let customers know that it was a pre order despite knowing it was a problem. Then they finally shipped the order and apparently they are using turtles to deliver them. Despite paying more than double what other shirt companies charge they chose a company that is at least five times slower than the others. I say at least five times because I still have not received my order.
If you just have to have one their shirts order now and you might get it by Christmas.

After many years of complaints and undelivered orders they finally switched companies for international orders. What used to take around 3 weeks with about a 25% chance of no delivery. Now takes about 3-4 days.

I had been with woot for 8 years and I used to love the site, but lately it has been full of issues and the company just doesn't care. They ship with a company that has no accountability and when your order does not arrive they make you wait until they can no longer fulfill your order to do anything. Recently I had a couple orders not get delivered though the woot website displayed they were delivered. My email to woot customer service explaining I was not happy to continue to see shirts listed as delivered when they had not been, was met with sarcasm as I was told woot only ships the shirts they don't deliver them (as if I were a moron). I was told by another CS rep that they had the shirt in stock and I could have a new shirt sent out to me. When I responded that I wanted the shirt and not a refund a different CS rep tole me I had to wait another 3-4 weeks before they would send a new shirt. When the time came I requested to have the shirt sent again they said they were out of stock and refunded just the cost of the shirt so that I would be unable to get another shirt. For a company that prints its own shirts it is just a an insult to not fulfill the customer orders. I sent another email to CS and it has been ignored so I am done with them, I have been burned too many times in too short of a time frame.

If you live outside the US please be aware they can and will rip you off!

I have been with Aliepress for a couple years, but this year sellers have given up on honesty and Aliepress has shown they support it. I recently purchased a car stereo and paid extra for high speed shipping so I could install it during my vacation. The seller had the deadline to ship my order in 3 days so that it should have arrived within 10 days. The seller claimed to have shipped it and gave me a tracking number for air mail (the free shipping method). I asked the seller about it and was ignored. After a few days the shipping company had not received the package so I contacted the seller again. I was ignored again. I told them I would open a dispute and finally received a message saying it was returned as damaged and they were out of stock. They asked me to wait and I told them I would like them to cancel my order and refund my money. They responded by claiming to have more stock and have shipped the package. I tried to dispute it when it showed the package had still not been shipped and was unable to. I contacted customer service and the cs agent didn't read my entire sentence but seemed to glace at the first part and send a reply that wasn't about the issue. I was finally able to open a dispute and despite showing evidence that the package was not shipped yet I was turned down because the seller claimed they shipped it and gave a tracking number which showed only that they sent the shipping company notice of a package.

Companies will give you an unused tracking number and then send the shipping company that number as a notice of intent. Even if they don't have your item in stock. Doing this allows them to list your order as shipped and then when they get the item in stock they will ship it out with that same tracking number.

This dishonest practice is now acceptable to Aliexpress.

Do yourself a favor and find a company that stands against this dishonest practice. If you do use this site don't pay for high speed shipping because even if the seller takes your money and ships via the free shipping method Aliexpress will still stand behind that company.

I had shopped with DX many times with out issue, but when there was an issue there was no help from dx support. I have waited over two months for an item I ordered. Every time I contacted DX support I was told to wait another week. After a month and a half I got sick of it and submitted a ticket requesting a refund. The ticket went ignored for a week so I started the chat service, the support staff on there said the staffer handling my ticket was on vacation and would be back in a couple days, he wouldn't process my refund. 5 days later and there has still been no reply to my ticket or refund request.
The supports staff seems to only know how to tell you to wait longer for an item. I first requested a refund when the item still had not come one month after ordering. I asked the support staff if he thought it was right that I should wait a month and a half for an item I order from them and he said yes and did not apologize for the long delay.

I have won many items from bidrack and received about 1/10 of those items won. The last three items I won and paid for over the course of five days. They sent me one tracking number for all three items. After a month of waiting my items did not come in. I contacted support and was asked to wait a little long and I did. After a week or so I requested a refund to which they said to would comply. After two weeks I still had not received my refund and so I contacted their support again and was told they would follow up with billing. Still no refund and no answers as to why.

Beezid lures you in with signup bonus codes offering you 100% extra bonus codes when you sign up. What they don't tell you is that the bonus bids are worthless unless you buy a lot of bids. I paid for 30 bids and I received 30 bonus bids at sign up. The bonus bids are added to your regular bids at 1 for every five bids. So I used my 30 bids and get 6 of my bonus bids. If I want the rest I have to buy 120 bids. Apart from that the shipping is outrageous. I won a gift card and had to pay $7.99 for shipping for a $25 gift card and the gift card will take 2-3 weeks to get come in. This site is a rip off do yourself a favor and find a better site!
