Took delivery of a flashlight that did not work. Contacted Deal X of the problem. After 5 email I received answers that they needed a picture of the flashlight. Sent image with no reaction so I sent a new message with the image. After 2 weeks, I got the answers they needed video on the flashlight. Has sent video 5 times without reaction.
The changes the email address at this kind of matters, which after a while stop function.

Never order here, ordered a led strip. Had to wait for months before I receive the items. After a few times contacting the "Customer Service" ( they tell you every time to wait ( and wait))... the finally reshipped the items. When I received the led strip a few leds were defect. Now contacting the "Customer Service" AGAIN! And they tell you every time to wait ( and wait)...

Don't order at DX!

It's a typical company that wants to rip you off of your money, STAY AWAY from this company. I have been waiting 2 months for my package to arrive, and they will not refund me my money. Don't ever let prices fool you.

Worse yet.

I contact DealExtreme regarding my package, and EVERYTIME they keep saying wait another week... Yanoe, how many weeks are they going to keep saying the same thing, resolving nothing. Just trust these reviews and stay away from this website.

Last month I ordered an Oneplus 3 phone. The phone that I received contained more than 12,000 photo's and scanned documents. All Chinese family photos, and scanned document from Hong Kong persons.
So this was not a new phone, but a refurbished one.
I posted a negative review on dx.com, but this review was rejected by dx.com. This is the reason to write this review on sitejabber.

Hi,

They offer products and when you buy from them, they take your money, don't deliver and refuse to give you your money back.

When you pay they also ask you to send through photo's of your credit card and bank statements.

They have no customer services and if you manage to get a manager's email address out of them, that is also of no help.

When you complain on facebook, they try to kick you off their profile. But they have no positive remarks on Facebook and there are a huge amount of people complaining about them. Still they are allowed to get away with it.

Though the site claims to have versatile shopping experience products, I have found so far is the updated inventory of the gadgets and electronics only! The "Dress category" is the worst, the products are hardly latest, everything seems outdated and the price which is claimed the lowest, is not the lowest, in fact, they are higher compared to Aliexpress's!

But I shop regularly here for the electronics items, and the quality is quite good for the price stated.

In DX Iam buying goods for over a year and I can say that I am very pleased with price and speed of delivery. They are very professional and I think that one of the best shops on the Internet. So far I have not had a negative experience with defective goods so i dont know what they are in these situations. The only criticism that I sent to a very poor rewards to their customers in terms of buying discount. They have some kind of reward (redeem points) where they give some gifts but it is totally useless and unusable, almost all the other stores are giving many of discounts/ coupons and membership categories by buying from them, but that does not mean much to DX mangement. Despite all that still remain among the best to buy.

DX is pure sh*t! Some of the WORS support I have ever got. Still havent recieved my item after more than a month! When you chat with them they just repeat "please wait some more time".

They are nothing else but SCAMMERS! Be aware!

I ordered an item and received an email that stated that I should receive it in 15 - 20 days and that I should contact them if I don't receive it by then. I needed this item within a month as I was moving. I did not receive the item and by 20 days I contacted the company and was told that it usually takes 5 - 8 weeks! There was no tracking information on the package and no warning that it could take this long. Now I will be gone and I won't have the item for my trip which I really need. Now I will have to see if I can find it somewhere else with little time to find a replacement and I am out my money for the product. Please never use this company.

2 orders with deal extreme. The first order the item was not received 6 weeks alter. The second order i followed up on after 2 weeks, and was told the item would not be available for dispatch for another 2 weeks.

Shocking Bad service!

Even though I only ordered for the first time a week ago, I went on the site to track my package... a phone... it will not accept email and password even though they sent an email to me that payment was successful AND they removed $ via Paypal. I thought I'd reset the password and it keeps saying it "timed out" (10x). So. I went to live customer service... it says "sorry unavailable"... attempted to call "english" service and number is invalid. Shoddy and so far unimpressed with the customer service. I will post if I actually do recieve my order, but at this point, I am skeptical by the way it has been going and will not be placing anymore orders with dealExtreme.com.

Ordered some items 30 Dec 2013 and is still expecting them to arrive(3 Feb 2014).
Their LIVE CHATLINE comes and goes and you do not know when the line is LIVE. If you are lucky to chat, they promise to help but after waiting a few says to a week, nothing happens. Give them 1 more week and if I still do not receive my items, will ask PayPal that I am getting a refund from them. No more ordering from DX.Com anymore. Not worth the hassle of writing and calling them without positive results.

This website is very inconsistent. I ordered three watches. Two watches worked but the third watch did not work at all. When I tried to return it they emailed me to mail it to a location in California. Then they never refunded me my money. Therefore, if you order something from this website you will most likely get ripped off and never get your money back. I have not anymoremthings from this website. I prefer to save my money. I recommend you NOT buy anything from this website. They will steal your money. NOT RECOMMENDED!
