I have placed an order 20 days ago and it has not been shipped yet. In addition I am trying to contact them by email or by the site's ticket service and they are not responding, The worst sales-site I have ever tried to buy something

The first time I bought on DX I received one broken item, but I got store credit easily by using the ticket service. The packaging is very poor, so I don't recommend anyone to buy fragile products. Also the DX Points are not easy to use (you need to convert first and not use it directly on checkout) and the price are higher than most sites. Overall it is a reliable store with good customer service.

I took a chance and spent $30 on something based on the pictures of the item on dx.com. The item that I received did not have any of the features (Night vision binocular, Range finder telescope) that were shown in the pictures and that were listed. I am surprised that it has such high reviews despite the pictures on the web page being obvious fakes once you see the actual product. I guess that the cheap price should tip you off that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I tried to write a negative review and explain the false advertising made on the web page but the site would not let me submit a negative review. I guess that it would hurt their sales if everyone found out the website is full of lies. Next, I tried to chat with someone at dx.com and they basically blew me off by saying that they will "pay more attention". I told him that I would be monitoring that page to see if it gets updated with the truth.

Paid for a sim-free mobile phone and it took 4 weeks for it to arrive - not the 10-14 days quoted. Now the phone has broken within a few months and i has taken them a week to tell me how to return it. Their first response was 'can you find somewhere to get it repaired locally and we can give you $15 store credit?'. Pleasant enough customer service but very innefficient. Do not use if you want your item within a reasonable time and don't care if it breaks and you're without it for a month.

I placed order for UMIDIGI Z2 and I paid money through paypal. I received confirmation from paypal and dx.com. Next day they asking me to send copy of ID, credit card and login paypal account page and transactions in paypal. I sent paypal receipt, ID and credit card detail, they cancelled my order saying that it failed payment verification. I thought may be I did something wrong, so I placed second order, this time they issued refund without any verification step, so I opened a ticket to resolve issue. Customer service person said, there is payment blocked in their system. You can transfer money to bank account directly and provided bank details. I have never seen like this before on any other site. Looks like fraud. Now, I am worried about my credit card photo and ID information submitted on 1st order. Hope it will not be used for any fraud or identity theft.

DealExtream or DX.Com now is a China source for cheap items. Some great deals can be found here if. Much like a dollarstore, you are selective on what you buy. I have purchased things from Flash drives, SD cards, wallets to game controllers. Some of the items are knock off, but they clearly list when they are.

Shipping is free and you get reward points for purchases and reviews of items you have bought.

It's a good go to site for cheap items, and some times great deals. You just need to be selective. They also have a great return system.

I have ordered from DX several times. I have ordered Cree LED flash lights, ******* battery chargers and 2.5" USB HD enclosures. All items arrived just as described and in good working order. Most of the time in padded envelopes but well protected for shipping.
I will order from them again when I need some handy gadgets.

I ordered a car stand for my phone and after waiting for 6 weeks they told me to wait for a couple more days. Two weeks later when i followed up about my shipment, they told me that the shipment has been delayed. At least they helped me get a refund don't know if i'll actually be refunded for the items purchased.

Ordered phone that was in stock, but it did not arrive. Contacted DX, they had not shipped it because it was now out of stock. Waited a month to get the order shipped, then never received package. No support. Had to open a complain with credit card company.

Ordered watch, 3 weeks later received watch, but it was wrong watch. Have been trying to return for over a week. This site is a scam! Keep getting run-a-round. They don't want to do a thing! I even sent a pic of wrong watch (required for refund). They will just say keep waiting.

I'd ordered some items over a month ago, and although the tracking says they shipped, I've never received them. I decided, Well, these are coming from China, so maybe I'll just wait. And in the meantime, I decided to order more of the same item, to have extras. This time around (not during my previous buy) I received a message saying that my card data needed some "further confirmation" before they could run it. They asked me (get this) for "Photo copies of both sides of my Credit Card and Driver's License". I don't know about you, but that just SCREAMS identify theft. Don't trust them, don't buy from them, they are not a real business, unless they are in the business of scamming the unwary for their identity. Be warned.

I made a reservation a wifi adapter pays $ 25
I waited over a month and all transport came time I called they told me tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow.
Until it was shipping Thank God I open the package and begin to see.
1 - Broken product that does not work any way.
2 - and the driver of his software and incomprehensible Chinese word does not work!
I called them Pancreatic my mind that I will fill out a form and send them.
Filled, sent and asked me to get a photo of the product and then waited to meet me and they asked me I would send them back the product only after that they will reimburse me financially.
I despair did not send them threw their product in the trash and never invited them.
Unfortunate experience. After that I ordered the same product for less money arrived within three days working properly and safe from another site.

I have bought some goods, usually gadgets, cables, connectors, etc. I alwways got what I purchased, and I use to get good within 3-4 weeks, (to Spain).

It has nice prices and huge stock. Never had a problem with them.

I looked at their site via ad. I was horrified with what i saw. PS VITA: 267$. Wow. Just Wow. I could find a vita right now for 199$!. Let's see, Ah Yes! A classic! PSP: 199$. I could find a PSP 3000 for 99$. These are not cheap items. And when they get to you (If they even do) They are probably not worth it. Before you buy, Search up the item on google. Trust me, you can find it cheaper.

I ordered/paid for extra cell phone batteries from DealExtreme (DX) on 27 April 2015. DX notified me of shipment on 5 May 2015. Took DX 1 week to fill my order, horrible service. With DX no service lesson learnt, I placed order battery from eBay market place ($5 more than DX). Within 5 days I received battery from eBay merchant. At end of May, my DX order is still not here. DX service is going down hill. There are much better options available on the internet. DX won't get my business. Good bye DX.

I purchased a cell phone item thinking the company is located in the U.S. The item arrived and I realized that Dealextreme is located in China (per the return address on the packaging). The item did not work and I called their toll-free number and a Chinese man answered and did not speak English. I called again and he would hang-up everytime. I finally had to resort to contacting my credit card company and was able to get the charge reversed. Would advise all to avoid dealing with this company.

I bought an Android TV. The item i've received was defective. It switches off at every two/three minuts.
DX gives me three options: send it to USA, most of it at my expenses; have it fixed (no one can fix it nearby, where I live); or send a refund of approximately 30% of the value i've paid.
In other words, they send a defective item and the customer simply bears the loss.

I order couple of parts on April 29th paying more then double for shipping to have the parts in time for a school project and I got the parts on may 17(way after my project due). After I contacted them for return details they didn't answer back(2 days now...).
By the way I try to call them 10 - 20 times they didn't answer even once( and you can't live a message also)
Don't buy from them and save yourself a headache.

Terrible

I order a lens 8 weeks ago from this company. The latest tracking information is from 4 weeks ago. And since then nothing. I have contacted the company numerous times and no one can tell me where my parcel is. It seems to have disappeared. And they are refusing to refund me the cost of the lens. Stay away.
