Got some free shipping cables, of course the delivery time takes rather long from China. It has very low prices compared and if you do not have a hurry, it's a fine place to get it from. It eventually comes to your post box if small enough.
I've never, or will never buy an expensive or important electronic from this site, it's only for small, unimportant things like usb cables that you want to pay a dime for a dozen.
Avoid this site completely. I ordered a cellular screen protector for a holiday gift and it has been 30 days and no product has been delivered. They keep saying tomorrow wait another week. Etc etc. The customer service representatives are clueless and are totally full of garbage. No resolution and nothing but excuses. I now have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I also had to purchase the product from another merchant. What a total waste of time. Run from them!
Promises delivery within 7 days and collects a lot of money. After that, neither the goods nor an answer arrived. I ordered the goods one month before my daughter's birthday and one month later the goods are still not here. Launched a conflict resolution via Paypal and now DX is giving an invalid tracking number. I'm afraid Paypal will not react. I will never order anything from Dealextreme again. That's just scams.
My first experience with DealExtreme was and remains very bad. First, it took 40 days for the product to arrive. Second, it arrived defective. Third, the response I got via their ticket system to resolve this issue was beyond belief. Here is what they suggested:
1. Would I be willing to try to repair the product myself?
2. If I get it to work, would I want to try to sell it to someone else?
3. They would give me $5 store credit for my trouble.
I'm speechless at such a response.
I gave DealExtreme two options of my own:
1. Immediately send a replacement that works along with a prepaid shipping box to return the defective item.
2. Refund all of my money immediately and I'll move on.
So far, this matter remains unresolved.
I ordered a few items from DX (order number **************204); it took them five days to “complete” the order. After more than a month I still get nothing. They totally ignore all my requests about my order. Save your time and money, stay away from this retailer.
DX is good at promoting products but never delivers. Let along the quality of products. When you request them for information and they reply that product was returned by your country's Post and will deduct money. Do not buy anything from DX if you like your money
OK, they are slow, but reliable, and in my opinion this is the most important criteria.
I have ordered many, many times from them since around 2009 and always got my order. From about 150 items ordered I had a quality complaint at just 2 items. You have to read the user comments attached to each product. The site staff doesnʼt make censorship!
No after sales service. No communication via their so called ticket system. So called live chat never available.
In short a truly catastrophic purchase experience.

Tens of thousands of products... literally. Unfortunately, I don't think many of them are actually in stock, so delivery time and shipping time are out of this world! The prices though more than make up for it, as they have some of the cheapest prices for virtually any gadget you can think of, from toys to games to computer parts, etc. but it took almost 4 months for my package to arrive. I think their free shipping is sent by boat as a ground shipment. When I finally received the package, it had everything I had ordered... but still... 4 months. I'd give them 5 stars if the shipping time could be fixed up!
Should have learned my lesson the first time when it took 40+ days for something to arrive. Unfortunately some 18 months later have purchased another item and almost 36 days so far and not received. Have asked for a refund but DX.Com just keep saying give it another 2 weeks. There won't be a third time!
I place an order with them back on Sep 15,2013 and have yet to receive my item. There customer service is horrible, they tell you to keep waiting. I've contacted several times and every time is the same response. It's Nov 16 and I have yet to receive my purchase item. I will never purchase anything else from this website. Buyer Beware.
Don't pay attention to the 5 stars reviews, because that is them trying cheat the rating system.
The worst seller I have ever met. My package does not arrive, and returned due to usps problem. DealExtreme charged me shipping fee and made a partial refund. This is the first time I met such conditions, every time, when there are shipping issue, all the seller except DealExtreme made full refund. I wait for over a month, and get this result.
If you want a good service, just go amazon, or a least ebay, which can provide a full protection.
When I ordered an item they let me wait for weeks without a change in status. Obviously they could not deliver it.
Even when I tried to reach DX's customer service, they could not be reached (bounced mail) and did not answer my request form. I had them to refund me by opening a case at Paypal.
Sorry, but never again with this kind of poor, poor customer service!
This company is a scam. Stay away from this. The price is lucrative but you are not sure if you will get working merchandise. Ordered LED lights which I received defective. After I returned I was told that I will have to bear the shipping cost and on the top of it they will deduct $9. Not trustworthy at all.

I've used DX for years without problems. The first time I had a problem with a missing part in a product, the company conduct became clear in these cases. Customer service was unresponsive, just stalling my request and asking for evidence of the missing part (how is that even possible?). I did not even request a refund or new shipment, but just the a compatible item to replace the missing part. The final touch was when they refused my product review. Now I understand why after months of availability this product does not have a single review (but a 5 five star rating!).
Product quality varies significantly between items (some are very good, others are ridiculously bad) - while pricing remains very low on everything. Shipping time is pretty bad (expect at least a few weeks wait). Would only recommend buying items with reviews on other websites (reviews appear to be rigged). Free shipping is a plus but upgraded shipping seems to not help the shipping time at all. All tracking numbers I have received have never worked but the package seems to never fail to arrive (maybe I'm just lucky?). Overall, it's a decent place to spend a few bucks on and forget about (because the shipping times are so long).
Another of the Chinese discount electronics web sites. Here's what you can expect.
Slow shipping, very slow. Do not order if you have to have this item in less that a couple of weeks. (Can take even longer in some instances)
Customer service is abysmal. Received a partial shipment once and when I never received a reply to the status of the remaining item I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute. I got a reply from them then but it was more or less a threat and was told I "had" to rescind my PayPal dispute. I did not.
So, order at your own risk and always use PayPal.
I wish I had done my research and seen this feedback before ordering through dealextreme.
I have made an order for a number of items and paid for them at the same time, + delivery. DX has emailed me a number of times advising some items are on back order and asking if I want to change the order or delivery.
That would be great, but it is impossible to contact them to advise that is what I want. It looks like they are happy to take your money, but then do not want to hear from you and you have no idea if they are ever going to deliver the order you have already paid for.
I have just sent the same message to them on their feedback forum, but am not hopeful of any satisfactory response. I will advise.
Only other option may be to take the complaint to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council
I purchased a laser acupuncture pen. Took 2 months to arrive, broken. I ''spoke'' to a Derek on live chat, he gave me an address to which to post the pen. I posted it. To date, 3 months later, nothing from them but garbage and excuses blaming ME for sending the pen to the address supplied by their chat ''person''. I was told that i should not have listened to him, but gone another route.? Via another consultant. They are a bunch of incompetent thieves.
Never do business with these people. After 63 days, they still don't refund the money. They are saying they could not refund the money to Paypal. They are completely fake. Read below the email that I received from the DealExtreme customer support.
