I ordered a dress from dresswe for my graduation party. The time of processing was as mentioned on the website and the shipping wad really fast, much faster than expected which is great. But there's one thing. The dress was about 1-1.5 sizes smaller than what I have ordered. It fit since there was no zipper in thr dress I ordered but beware when ordering. Just prder a size or 2 greater than your measurements. Overall great experience.

Big liars be careful people i ordered dress from them and oh my god its totally different than the photo that they posted on line very bad material low skills hands and i send so many emails to tell them I'm so disappointed with my purchase and they said ok send us photos i did and then they said ok you can purchase something else and we will give you discount i was happy and i said how i can return the old dress and they said you misunderstood us we can't get it back but you can buy something else and we will give you discount hell no i got my lesson i will never order any thing from them i threw the dress away very bad experience.

I ordered the Blazer and very happy with this purchase. I ordered the color white and it looks great, fits well, and the material is very good. My Mom, sister, and cousin all liked the Blazer that I recommended to them on this website. They were very happy because there were many things to buy at a reasonable price. I had a lot compliments on the Blazer, so I wanted to order different colors but it was out of stock. Please let me know when it is available again. Thank you!

My daughter absolutely love this gown. The fit is great and this will be a very original gown at her prom this year. I was very pleased at how fast my order was processed and shipped. I am thankful also that the website included measurements for a perfect fit of this gown. Very happy with the speedy delivery, the fact that this gown was shipped from China and made it to Iowa so quickly was fantastic. I have learned never to compromise on quality. Last summer was my big day. I marked the end of a youthful life. I wanted the best wedding gown for my princes. I ran to this site for the dress. I was actually directed by a friend of my girlfriend (wife at the moment). It worked out I got the dress delivered earlier as we had ordered earlier knowing in case of delays or failed deliveries we were supposed to have enough time to buy another dress. My wife's friend had assured us that she knew this site. When the dress came, we checked and it was as it was in the picture on display on the site. It also fitted her well. The long story short, I am a married man and we sold off the dress for almost the same amount we had. This site is amazing.

Beautiful dress! I was so scared to buy online my wedding dress but it was a great choice! The dress, in reality, looks exactly like on the pictures. The material doesn't look cheap at all. No one believes me when I tell people how much I paid for the dress. I ordered size 8 because I was afraid that if the dress will not meet my expectations and will be made-to-order I would not be able to return it. Now I regret a little bit because the dress is perfect and I would need to do some changes on my own, as it is a little bit loose at the back. I would recommend to anyone to buy dresses from this website!

I bought a dress for an upcoming wedding. When it arrived I was not satisfied with the quality and wanted to get a refund per their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I contacted them through the contact information on the website requesting return information. The dress was delivered on 2/7/2014 and I requested the return information on 2/9/2014.

First they wanted photos of the dress. I explained that quality is relative and what may pass as quality to them may not be quality for another. I replied that I still wanted the return information. After many back and forth messages they finally sent a message stating that it would cost too much to return the dress so I should essentially give up. I then stated that I knew there would be costs involved in sending the dress back and I still wanted return information on 2/16/2014.

Since then I have not heard back from them. They are now ignoring me.

I purchased a dress and it arrived promptly. Before I made my purchase I checked their return policy. They guaranteed full refund if not 100% satisfied. The fabric on the dress was different to the material that was used. It looked good on me, but not great. After three emails telling the customer service that I wanted to return the dress I got my first response. They wanted me to take photos and show them why I wanted to return the dress? Then they suggested that it will be too expensive for me to return the item and pay the mailing costs. They have now sent me an email telling me that they will only return 50% of my money, because they took such a long time making the dress. They have never sent the return address information. I suggest that unless you are prepared to buy a dress unseen or tried on, do not buy anything from this company. They have no intentions of even returning your money. Note: there is no customer reviews on their site.

My dress is amazing good price + good quality, highly recommended it.the only note that i had is, better to get one size smaller than your actual size i get size 16 but looks little bit fuzzy. Hope i get size 14 instead. But it looks gorgeous on me as all my family and friends said.

This particular dress is my 3rd purchase from here, and has met my every expectation just like the other two dresses; shipping was very quick and customer support was always eager to help. My tip to you is to always look at the measurements before you buy so you don't run into problems.
