DressWe is a bullshyt site tht is stealing from people and their return policy is bullshyt. Tell all ur friends and family go to FB Twitter Instagram etc and tell people not to order shyt from this pirate azz company. They will refund my money in full Thts y I have Chase they are on it!

Unfortunately bought a dress from www.Dresswe.com and when I got the dress it is totally different than what it was on website. They sent wrong size, different pattern and quality. Obviously I was upset and according to their website I sent all the photos and sizings to them. After many emails back and forth with *******@dresswe.com they came back to me and commented like:" you can give it to local tailor do fix it for you" or "sorry that your dress is too short. You may use flat shoes so your dress touches the ground"... and finally they said we will give you 60$ and after that never heard back from them again. So I found that everything is lie on their website. We did not get back any money, no dress that can be used and basically lost the money. WWW.Dresswe.com should be added to the websites above too I guess. These guys they bypassed all the rules that seems that no body can go after them and that is very strange! I could not do anything from my credit card company. BE VERY CAREFUL on this website and avoid them.

I have a bitter experience with this online business. After almost five weeks of placing my order and paying for shipping and handling I had to contact them by email to inquire about my order. I was surprised by them asking me when do I want to wear the dress, ha ha ha ha funny isn't it. O. K. My reply was that I want it as soon as possible. After two weeks from contacting them and many emails from me to them I got it. I was shocked by what I received; what you see on the website thing and what you gonna receive is totally different thing; they used the cheapest fabric with awful finishing, zippers, hooks, plastic thread for sewing on top of all that they did not meet the size I order according to their website measurements. I decided to contact them of course by email to arrange for returning the product and get a refund. They asked to send pictures for dress, I did. Then was asked to send different pictures for the bust, waist, hip, and the length with measurement tape on the dress for each part. So far I have sent pictures after pictures after pictures for 4 times, They have never accepted any of my pictures, because simply they don't want to refund me my money. I provided them with reasons for returning as I explained above, however they insist on ignoring all of them and insisting on the measurements, as if the dress size was the only reason for my decision of returning.

I recently bought a dress from dresswe.com. The dress itself was approximately $125, but $150 including tax. The dress was delivered to me 2 months after I ordered it, which was over the time period in which dresswe said the dress would be sent to me. That was the first problem. Then, when I tried on the dress, the material was detaching from the dress, and the beads on the dress started to fall off after just trying it on once! I then emailed customer service hoping for them to fix the problem, so I sent them an email with 5 picture attachments of the dress showing all of the problems I had with it. When the customer service representative replied, she said that, "From your pictures i think the dress is ok. It does fit you. And please accept it." The grammar of the representative seems below mediocre, and they have refused to reply to me ever since. I tried calling the number(s) that the representative gave me, but the number led to a automated voice message saying that I didn't have access to call. Please don't buy from this site. I don't believe I'm ever getting my $150 back.

I just wanted to say WOW WOW WOW. I am so amazed with this dress. I was so nervous ordering online and not knowing what to expect. I had nightmares that the dress would come and be way too small and not what I ordered at all. Well the dress arrived yesterday afternoon and i am over the moon with joy and glee. This dress is so stunning. It looks everything like the picture right down to the last detail on the top of the dress. It's made with great thick fabric and is simply stunning. I can not thank dresswe enough for making my Red Wedding Dress dreams come true. I am so happy that I want to wear it now and show everyone :) I am going to order my two bridesmaids dresses from here as well. They had great service and everything was done on time and in the time frame that they had explained on their site. I will be ordering more dresses off of here in the future that is for sure. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered four dresses for my bridesmaids in four different sizes. Well, they are all the same size with different stickers for sizes on the bags that they came in (They MIGHT be SLIGHTLY different in size). I've emailed THREE times asking politely to get their address so that I could return them and get my money back. IF they were prompt I would have thought about buying something else from them but the customer service is a joke. They just keep wasting time with emails asking "what is wrong with the dresses" even though I keep telling them. I've demanded my money back by this point but after reading your reviews I feel like the fool who was duped by a SCAMMING "company"! They are wasting my time so that the deadline runs out and refunds aren't an option anymore. HORRIBLE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I was trying to find styles that I really like, but all shops were so "close" for my choice but now when I find your I feel like I can be my self in a fashion way not just ordinary. Thank you.
I custom ordered a dress from DressWE on 8/25/15. I am well endowed on top so I sent my bra size along additional information that I thought would be helpful in making the dress fit correctly. When I received the dress I thought it was very pretty and well made. The only problem is it does not fit in the bust. It has sewn in cups that are way too small and don't come anywhere close to fitting me. I contacted DressWE so I could return the dress and have gotten nothing but a run around since. We have been going back and forth for months now. Their solution is for me to keep the dress, get it altered at a tailor near me and get a partial refund. I do not want the dress. I don't want the expense to get it altered. I just want to send it back and get a full refund. It is not my fault, they did not make the dress the correct size. In an email to me they stated that the tailor made the dress to fit a smaller bra size than what I sent them, so they even admitted they made it too small. I should receive a full refund along with their apology.

Ordered this dress 2/20/2017 with expedited shipping 15 days. I did receive expedited shipping after my dress was done processing. However, initially I believed I would receive my dress in 15 days... This is what happens when you don't read.
I received my dress 3/6/2017 which was just in time for me to wear to my scheduled event on 3/9/2017. I did not do a custom order which is hard to believe because I have extremely large breast. After reading previous reviews I ordered a size up and the dress fit perfectly!
The dress is long so if you dont want to be holding your dress all night definitely order in enough time to get tailored. I received compliments the entire night! I was really shocked because I paid under $100 and the dress looked very expensive. Not only did it look expensive the quality of the dress was very nice as well. No loose strings and it was heavy. Not too heavy to wear but good quality material. I was very impressed to say the least and will definitely be placing more orders in the future. Thank you DressWe!
Clearly a criminal enterprise in China. Cheap materials, poor quality, dress didn't fit, and when I tried to return they just stalled with emails requesting all sorts of irrelevant information. Live chat function on the website is nonfunctional. They refuse to provide a return address or instructions for return, much less a refund. Would not recommend. If I ever get my money back I will update my review.

And further more they tell me I could return it, but without address and it would be better for me to do so! Imagine! This company is a liar to their customers, they are criminals and I warn everybody to buy there!
