My dress arrived a few days ago, and like on the picture, it is simply stunning, has a very full flowing skirt, and even fits my tall curvy frame. Highly recommend
I ordered my dress on 4/18/15 and I still have not recieved it. I am very dissapointed my event is in a few days and no sign of dress. I have contacted them on numerous occasions, and they all tell me that it's being processed, I even had one rep named Damon, tell me that he was done with my "GOD DAMN ORDER". I couldn't believe what he had just said, he tried to apologize after I told him that I was making a copy of our conversation, either way he assured me that I would not get my order until another 10-15 days. So dissapointed I spent almost $200 for nothing. AVOID this company at all costs. I wish I had!

I wrote all the reviews and I decided to buy a dress.
I spent over $90 and now I feel like so sick. What a bad decision and bad first experience on dresswe.com.
The dress is a Wrong size and zepper broken, dress damaged.
I sent four emails and Jacky and Susan emailed me back and guess what? It's like they are refusing to tell me how to return that dress.
I'm crying, thinking at 31 yo, mother of one, I got scammed like this.
I have a wedding in a week, it's been a week since I've sending emails and no one want to tell me how to return this dress. They keep ignoring my request.
I think they want it to reach 7 or 30 days so they will refuse to take it back.
I want my money back, I want my money back.
I shop a lot, my friends shop a lots.

Received my dress 2 weeks later then they promise and 1! Day before my baby shower! Dress was 2 sizes bigger then I'm! I can fit another person! Customer service never get back to me.
I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM HERE! I received my dress yesterday and it does NOT look like the picture. FURTHER, I tried contacting their customer service as they said on the website "you can return within 7 days if you're not 100% satisfied" and they're telling me that I can't return for a full refund. I asked her to show me where on the website does it state that and she could not show me. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!

I bought two pairs flat sandals for my daughter and the one pair's size were a little bigger for her. But it's OK and we are satisfied with this shopping.
The size was accurate, the chiffon quality is amazing. I chose the hunter color, and I was afraid since I picked a color different than the one displayed solely depending on the color chart guide. I must say that you can totally rely on the color chart, and the color truly turned out to be what I wanted and wished. That being said I will just point out two things, first, the lace part can be improved on (However it is exactly like the picture, so I am not saying I got something different than what I expected, just a suggestion), second, the belt should have been the same hunter color but lighter in shade, instead it was a different type of green color (again no issue, the colors do contrast nicely, but what one would expect from the displayed picture is that the belt would be same color but lighter). Last thing I would like to add is that I fell in love with it instantly when I saw it and that rarely happens to me, especially when I make a purchase online (This is only my second purchase on Dresswe, and my first purchase was an absolute success too. A totally better clothing website than all others I came across before). Also my mother who is very difficult to impress and usually protests against online shopping (my previous experiences with other websites completely strengthened her opinions in the matter) loved it and even advised me to wear it for an upcoming event, my father's first reaction when I tried it and walked in the room was "wow!", also my brother who always finds something to criticize in everything I wear actually said nothing this time lol

I was surprised of the products, services, the site is offering it really perfect in most of all aspects.The wedding pumps and accessories were so really nice with brilliance.
Great quality fabric and sewing, ordering process took a long time but delivery was fast. Unfortunately (us 8)this size big for me Alas! I wish that I buy us 6 size. I need to change other size.
We ordered the dress the beginning of August in a different color than shown and with longer length for heels( my daughter is 5'9" so better safe than sorry) It took roughly a month to get here. It is beautiful exactly like picture and sizing is correct. My biggest issue is they have 2 ways on the site to communicate one to send message and the second to email. Send message is faster so we used that but they never responded. Just don't have that button and go directly to email if you aren't going to reply. My question was on how long till shipped because it had been 3 weeks since ordered and site only said order sent to factory. About 4 days later I got an automated message that said it had been picked up by DHL and a tracking number. DHL has a great feature if you plug the number in to their site it will track every step from being shipped to customs clearance. Once DHL had it the dress was delivered within the week. I have ordered from China before and that's pretty good timing. It can take up to two weeks to get to US. I had no added customs charges but I am guessing that can vary by country and item not knowing systems. There have been many questions or comments on sizing you need to follow the chart not what your US size is. We went by bust size as that was the widest area for my daughter and it fit quite well, but take a tape out and measure or you will be going to a seamstress. Because there size 6 is really a US 00.
I've sent 4 email to this company asking for the address to return my order. They haven't replied any of my messages. The service is awful and the quality of the product is terrible. I just call my Master Card company and if they don't reply my massages in the next two, they are going to begin an investigation.
This is so stupid cause I recommended this website to two of my friends.

I wish i could have rated this company less than a 1, as my experience was less than 1 out of 5. My order with dresswe.com has been my absolute worst online purchase experience ever. The dress is not at all what I ordered, the quality is sub-par, and the customer service staff is completely useless. I've contacted them over and over trying to get this matter resolved. The short of it? They're not going to do a single thing.
I contacted the company prior to purchasing my dress, to make sure it could be made in a shorter length. I was assured it could be, on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. It arrive full length.
I ordered an ivory dress. It is in fact white.
It arrived much later than they promised.
The custom measurements I provided when the dress was ordered were not used.
And instead of helping, or offering any resolution, customer service told me that I must have ordered incorrectly. Funny... I ordered just as I was instructed to.
They also told me I was wrong about the measurements and color.
I will never order from them again. And I will encourage others to order elsewhere and save themselves the headache.
Deplorable service would be an understatement.
