I bought what I thought was a sleek elegant wedding dress! What actually arrived was very different, at first I thought they had mixed up my order and sent the wrong dress, after several e mails back and forth they finally agreed to give me a fifty percent refund!
The dress had no shape it had a blood stain on the side of the dress, the dress was stitched so tight I could only manage a shuffle isteD of walking, the dress had no shape and went straight down, the dress was so long the only way I could have walked in it was if I was wearing 12 inch heels! I have attached a photo, I have also attached a photo of what the dress was supposed to look like!
I ordered 2 dresses online from you. One was supposed to be a long gown in Champagne color and the other was a short dress with Black background and Champagne appliques. When I received the dresses the colors were switched with the long gown being black and the short one all champagne color. Plus they were both way too large! I did not like them at all. So I looked at your return policy and saw they needed to be returned within 7 days. I emailed your customer service and did not receive an answer for 3 days so I went ahead and returned the items in the original package at my cost. Then I receive an email saying I need to send pictures. When I wrote back they said I am now only going to receive 30% of the purchase price back! I think this is ridiculous as I did what the policy stated.

I ordered a dress on 5/4/15. On 5/5/15 at 8 a.m. in the morning I received an email from them stating if I returned the dress for another size they would only give me a 50% credit towards another dress. I emailed them & told them to cancel my order. They said they would credit my account 50%. I am furious. PayPal was no help in stopping the transaction. I notified my credit card company who is disputing the transaction for me. This is a horrible way to do business.

I ordered my dress on 4/18/15 and I still have not recieved it. I am very dissapointed my event is in a few days and no sign of dress. I have contacted them on numerous occasions, and they all tell me that it's being processed, I even had one rep named Damon, tell me that he was done with my "GOD DAMN ORDER". I couldn't believe what he had just said, he tried to apologize after I told him that I was making a copy of our conversation, either way he assured me that I would not get my order until another 10-15 days. So dissapointed I spent almost $200 for nothing. AVOID this company at all costs. I wish I had!

I ordered this dress 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't came in. My sweet 16 is in less than a week. I really need this dress. I cant even track it to see where its at. I need my dress now.
They were suppose to make a custom dress what i got was a ripped up non fitting piece of nothing. I also got stabbed in the bac by sewing pins left in the garment. They refuse to refund the 100 plus that they took from me and offered me 10 bucks to make it go away. My sons wedding is couple days had to pay for someone to try to fix the mess, I will be turning it over to the better business beauro. And hopefully they can see about shutting it down for false products. To many people have been frauded by them.

I have a bitter experience with this online business. After almost five weeks of placing my order and paying for shipping and handling I had to contact them by email to inquire about my order. I was surprised by them asking me when do I want to wear the dress, ha ha ha ha funny isn't it. O. K. My reply was that I want it as soon as possible. After two weeks from contacting them and many emails from me to them I got it. I was shocked by what I received; what you see on the website thing and what you gonna receive is totally different thing; they used the cheapest fabric with awful finishing, zippers, hooks, plastic thread for sewing on top of all that they did not meet the size I order according to their website measurements. I decided to contact them of course by email to arrange for returning the product and get a refund. They asked to send pictures for dress, I did. Then was asked to send different pictures for the bust, waist, hip, and the length with measurement tape on the dress for each part. So far I have sent pictures after pictures after pictures for 4 times, They have never accepted any of my pictures, because simply they don't want to refund me my money. I provided them with reasons for returning as I explained above, however they insist on ignoring all of them and insisting on the measurements, as if the dress size was the only reason for my decision of returning.

In response to my last review, this is what happened. They are still offering me 50% of what I Paid. They sent me an email saying that it takes 8 to 10 days for them to get the materials and etc. ready to make the dresses. They are not already made. So even if yoy pat for 2 to 5 days shipping you7 nor going to get it because of this abs is not noted on their website when you pay $25.00 for shipping. They are making you think you ate hoping to receive your order my this time so they still can receive half or more of your money. Yes they responded to my last review to make them look good. I am DONE dealing with them. No way of contacting them to talk with them only email. So I have taken my loss and lesson learned. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We went an ordered fron Nordstrom. Got my order 2 days later.

Ordered a custom-made dress. Went to two seamstresses, who took my measurements. Emailed them with those measurements, and they responded with my size. I ordere the dress, and it did not fit. I emailed them, mentioning my dissatisfaction. They asked me to send pictures of the dress not fitting, which I did. They replied back saying "yes, it does look a little tight, but we only followed the measurements we received (remember, they were the one who suggested the size I should order, not me). We told them that we were seeking a full refund, and their response was "please reconsider this, because it will cost you too much in shipping, and if it comes back a second time, you would be responsible for those charges too). So much for "100% satisfaction". I would strongly encourage you to avoid this company when buying a dress. They send you the wrong size dress, and then they expect you to pay for their mistakes. Save your money and go elsewhere. Bad company. Bad customer service.

My husband and I were planning for a cruise and I was looking for gowns to wear that would be Amazing! The DRESSWE site came up, loved one cobalt dress, and ordered it - based on their measurments.
The dress arrived, fit in the waist and hips and missed by a lot in the bust. I planned on sending back this dress, but didn't want to miss the cruise without this dress, so I ordered another dress, in a larger size. This second dress showed up after the cruise, and it is way too large - so I have NEVER worn either dress!
I followed the refund policy, wrote the Customer Care Department - no reply... Wrote them again, because you CAN NOT Return/Refund without writing to them - and I expected a reply... Nothing!
Finally I got on the "Live Chat". What a joke! Every question I asked about Return/Refund was met with, "Why don't you like the dress?" After being told Customer Care would be told of my wanting to return the dresses - Nothing!
One more time I tried to contact Customer Care, one more time I tried the Live Chat - this time they recommended I get the dress altered here - AT NO TIME WERE THEY GOING TO RETURN MONEY!

My dress came exactly as the picture like I ordered, and fit well as it was ordered to my size. I'm pleased with the quality of the material and the dress in general. However the customer service I received was unsatisfactory. My order tab was never updated and I also had to message customer service for my order updates. I was told on one occasion my dress would be shipping within a week or so, and once the time frame came and passed I inquired as to why I had not recieved a shipping update message, and was told that they needed to know my deadline so they could ship it on time. So basically I was lied to about shipping the first time. I paid shipping 3 times on my order. Once when I first paid the order but 2 more times for international shipping which was not mentioned before purchasing. Customer service had timely replies but was sometimes untruthful and it was inconvenient having to message them everytime you wanted to know what stage your order was in. A great quality dress but less than average customer service. So buyer beware this website will cost you a lot of patience and time and some hidden fees.

Yep, just like almost ALL the other one start reviews, I am throwing my experience in there as well. The bottom line is that if each of the one star reviews was a different experience, then I could understand giving the benefit of the doubt... but every single review is the same. They have very poor customer service, when you have an issue. The quality of the dresses and shoes are poor, and if you even dare try to return the goods, not only do you have to prove with pictures the reason why you want to return, but you end up paying a fortune to ship it back, which means it's not worth it and you are out all your money with a crappy dress/shoe. This company knows this, that is why they don't care if you don't like the product. They make it nearly impossible to send things back and get your money back. LISTEN TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS PEOPLE!
I thought I ordered my dress in plenty of time for a wedding that I was attending. They were very helpful when I wanted to have it custom to my measurements. They responded very quickly and they answered all those questions. Then I realized that I did not give myself enough time to do custom order, and ordered a standard size thinking that it would not take very long to get to me. 13 days later and it still had not shipped. I knew that it would take a while to ship from China, so I was getting quite worried about it. I emailed them twice about cancelling the order, which is when I learned that if you cancel after 72 hours, you 'might' get a 50% refund. Great. And keep in mind that they are in Hong Kong, so if you email them you will have to wait a day to get an answer, since you know, customer service is poor and apparently they only check/answer their emails at the end of their day.
After 3 emails trying to find out when this dress would even ship out, all I got back was "if you cancel, you will only get 50% back" Every. Time. They NEVER answered my question. I finally cancelled the dang thing. It's a robot answering all the emails I swear. Never once addressed my question on the shipping, and from all the other reviews I read, I would have been stuck with a poor product that 'might' have been in the color and size I ordered.
I did eventually get half my money back, but I would not recommend ever buying from them unless you are in China or very close to them. It just takes to much time and their return policy is a joke. I have never heard of any company requiring pictures of why you don't want the clothes or why they are not to your liking. That's just asinine.

They said it would be here April 22nd and over a week later it still isn't here. This is a scam. They don't even deserve the 1 rating I have to give. I ordered dress and gloves Feb 5th 2015. One months later, I still had no dress. I wrote so many e-mail to customer service, but no answer. I finally got e-mail them two weeks later and they told me because of chinese holiday. Okay. I am not chinese. How I supposed to know when is chinese holiday and the holiday effects for shipping time? The website NEVER mentioned about chinese holiday. I complained to them, of course. Then Jackie who work as a customer service decided to give me only 7$ discount late shipping time. It was a month ago. I still have not seen money back in my account and I still do not have the dress. Today is almost end of March. I was supposed to wear this dress for the event.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom and not only was the dress too small it looked like a costume for the Circus, that a clown would wear. I followed the instructions as stated and had a professional seamstress measure my daughter and the dress was still two sizes too small. Buyers be aware of this fraudulent Content Artist! The Company should be called, "DRESS DON'T WEAR!"
I informed these people that my wedding is April 10,2015. I placed the order March 10 and have a received a real status update. Why?
The dress is horrible! I spent my budget on this wedding dress, which wasn't much but all I had. It arrived today and it is the worst craftsmanship I could have imagined. Sequence were hanging off, loose threads everywhere, the color was off, and the worse part was the lace on the bodice was sewn on crooked and was hanging off the front on one side, and too short on the other. I ordered this dress because of the sweetheart neckline and that was nonexistent. It was just straight across with this stupid lace hanging over because it was too long. Not to mention the lace is raw edge with fibers sticking out. I have tried to get in contact with customer service, and no luck! I did get an estimate on return shipping from usps.com...$80! I paid $117 for the dress. I guess I'm stuck with garbage, and now I have to try to locate the money to buy something else. Thanks a lot Dresswe. You have really made this happy occasion a sad situation. Shame on you for stealing from brides to be and ruining their happy time.
