I ordered from this website and is horrible... the dress is nothing like the picture. I sent several emails with no response and I called them and it says that the telephone number is not in service! I need to return this dress!
We ordered the dress the beginning of August in a different color than shown and with longer length for heels( my daughter is 5'9" so better safe than sorry) It took roughly a month to get here. It is beautiful exactly like picture and sizing is correct. My biggest issue is they have 2 ways on the site to communicate one to send message and the second to email. Send message is faster so we used that but they never responded. Just don't have that button and go directly to email if you aren't going to reply. My question was on how long till shipped because it had been 3 weeks since ordered and site only said order sent to factory. About 4 days later I got an automated message that said it had been picked up by DHL and a tracking number. DHL has a great feature if you plug the number in to their site it will track every step from being shipped to customs clearance. Once DHL had it the dress was delivered within the week. I have ordered from China before and that's pretty good timing. It can take up to two weeks to get to US. I had no added customs charges but I am guessing that can vary by country and item not knowing systems. There have been many questions or comments on sizing you need to follow the chart not what your US size is. We went by bust size as that was the widest area for my daughter and it fit quite well, but take a tape out and measure or you will be going to a seamstress. Because there size 6 is really a US 00.
Do not use them. They will change you and not send dress in time they say. 3 days past the latest day they said and still no dress.

When my order arrived, I was so excited... Sadly the dress was way too big and not the dress pictured on the website. The dress is a quality made dress and very pretty. I was willing to exchange it, but I could not make that resolution happen.
Customer service manager Jackie ONLY offered me $10.00 dollars to "get it fixed/altered" and after a long drawn out process, I just chose to accept it and move on, VERY STRESSFUL!
I'm not saying don't order from them, just be aware that you are doing business with a company oversees and their business idea of "100% satisfaction" is different from ours!

Fellow shoppers: do not buy from dresswe.com. This will be my first and only time. I wanted to return a dress because it was simply too small, and the fabric made my skin itch. When I talked with customer service via chat, they asked me to take pictures with specific chest, hip and waist measurements. After additional back and forth, they said I could return it, but I would only get a 50% refund, and I would need to pay for shipping. And to add on top of this, I would need to return to China. Specifically: 3/F. 1 st Building, 1st Jinzhuang St, Jinfeng Rd, Suzhou New Area, Jiangsu Province, China, Jiangsu Province ******* China. While I can certainly understand policy may change from company to company, I was discouraged and downright disappointed with the customer service.

I thought I'd be okay because I ordered through PayPal and thought I'd be able to dispute it.
They start by asking you to email if there is a problem but they do not acknowledge it.
I started the dispute through PayPal and that got them to respond. Then they asked for pictures which I sent but when I followed up (through PayPal again) they said they didn't get them. Finally they said that they decided to refund my money so when the PayPal time limit was expiring to escalate the dispute I didn't do it. Dresswe kept dragging their heels and I was finally able to gwt them to agree to a 60% refund. It should have been a 100% refund but they did not acknowledge my immediate request to return the dresses.
So, I accepted their 60% offer and then had to pay $50 to ship the dresses back to them. Even after they said they issued the refund through PayPal - they did not. I had to remind them again. I spent immeasurable hours trying to get satisfaction and it is not worth the aggravation. Recourse options are limited because they are out of the country,
It was an awful experience, the dresses were not even close to being what they pictured.
Do not order from them. Do NOT do it.

Ladies, please do not waste your money purchasing items from this company, I ordered 3 pairs of sandals and wanted to exchange them. I wish i could have rated this company less than a 1, as my experience was less than 1 out of 5. My order with dresswe.com has been my absolute worst online purchase experience ever. The dress is not at all what I ordered, the quality is sub-par, and the customer service staff is completely useless. I've contacted them over and over trying to get this matter resolved. The short of it? They're not going to do a single thing.
I contacted the company prior to purchasing my dress, to make sure it could be made in a shorter length. I was assured it could be, on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. It arrive full length.
I ordered an ivory dress. It is in fact white.
It arrived much later than they promised.
The custom measurements I provided when the dress was ordered were not used.
And instead of helping, or offering any resolution, customer service told me that I must have ordered incorrectly. Funny... I ordered just as I was instructed to.
They also told me I was wrong about the measurements and color.
I will never order from them again. And I will encourage others to order elsewhere and save themselves the headache.
Deplorable service would be an understatement.

This is a bogus site, don't waste your money. I ordered a dress and paid the shipping costs. According to the shipping, it would have arrived in ample time for our prom. The dress NEVER even arrived; even after three weeks. I emailed them repeatedly and they never directly answered my questions. There is no phone to call them. The give lip service on the emails; I think all their responses are prerecorded. Fortunately, I paid through Pay Pal and they determined it was bogus too and refunded my money to me. Don't waste your time and you can throw your hopes for a beautiful dress out the door.

I ordered 3 custom-made dresses using the measurements taken by a professional local seamstress. About a month later, I received all 3 dresses squished in cheap clear plastic bags within another medium size plastic DHL bag! The company advertises that all their items are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. I was looking forward to having the dresses fit me perfectly as I ordered according to my actual measurements collected by my personal seamstress. To my utmost disappointment, all 3 dresses are 4 inches too big in the bust area and 2.5 inches too big in the hip area. One of the dresses that has a short train has a wrinkled shirring on both sides that makes the dress looks cheap and made by unskilled labors. Another dress that is supposed to be a mermaid look does not look anything like a mermaid style dress but more like a round-fat-too-much-fabric-looking bodice. Two of the dresses with sleeveless straps keep falling off automatically because the straps are about 3 inches too long. I immediately emailed customer service lots of pictures to show how big the dresses look on me (strap length too long, bust and hip areas too big, the mistakenly shirring on the sides of one dress, etc.). Yumi in customer service asked for more pictures three separate times, each time after more pictures were sent in. In each request, she did not explain why the pictures I sent were not acceptable, but in each request, the email text was the exact same standard and pre-typed text, making them look idiotic, without acknowledging the pictures they received. I complied and sent more and more pictures each time and even sent pictures of the measurement tape on the dresses to show how big the bust and hip areas are. After the third email, I attached more pictures and demanded specific performance - either refund or alterations. With that, they stopped responding to my email and did not resolve their mistakes. This is just simply bad business all around. They make me feel like it's all about the money to them, that they got the payment so they don't need to fix their mistakes. I will never do business with this company and their affiliates and will not recommend this company to anyone ever.

I returned some items which looked very cheap they tried not to refund me. But after several emails I got a refund. So I give them another try because I needed to replace my veil after 1 month and 5 days they mispackaged the veil meaning I got the wrong item put right picture so angry.

So iv been to my tailors and they said i cant make it any bigger. And just 5 mins ago dresswe called me, they said if i can get it fixed from my local tailors then they'll give me $30. Which is £19. I was so furious when they said that to me because it comes across that they dnt care at all and they just dont want to get the dress back. Pls dnt ever shop there.

I ordered two dresses from Dresswe.com. When they arrived they were too small. I contacted them via email asking for a return authorization number and an address to ship the dresses back to their factory. They delayed getting this information to me by asking me if I would accept a credit instead and keep the dresses. Why would I want to keep two dresses that are too small. I persisted and finally got an address to ship them to. I sent them using DHL as the carrier and paid $120 for freight to ship them back. I did this in good faith and once the dresses were received I was expecting a credit. At this point the credit was going be $205.68 but if you deduct the cost of the freight I paid to return them, I wouldn't even be breaking even. Now the dresses are with DHL in China and there is a small charge of $20.81 for customs that is due from the recipient. DressWe has been contacted by DHL several times but does not reply. Unless they take possession of the dresses by paying the $20.81 cost my credit will not be returned. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct business and I will not order from them ever again and would not give them a good recommendation either.

Order a pair of shoes in early March 2015 for my senior prom. No production was made more than a month after I ordered and paid. Emailed asking what was going on and got terrible customer service. Lady canceled my order and had the people who were making my shoes throw them out. Had to reorder my shoes and constantly bug them to make sure they would make it on time for my prom. Once I received my shoes, I got TERRIBLE quality. The seams were sticking out, there were no jewels in the pump like the picture. I confronted them about it saying I wanted a refund because I couldn't wear them in public let alone for prom. Well I was told that I could only get a refund if I returned the shoes first but the shipping back was on me. I asked for pictures of the shoes before they were shipped so I could cancel the order if it was wrong; they completely ignored my multiple requests for pictures and shipped the shoes anyway. It will cost me $50 to ship the shoes back and the shoes only cost me $98.
