Order a pair of shoes in early March 2015 for my senior prom. No production was made more than a month after I ordered and paid. Emailed asking what was going on and got terrible customer service. Lady canceled my order and had the people who were making my shoes throw them out. Had to reorder my shoes and constantly bug them to make sure they would make it on time for my prom. Once I received my shoes, I got TERRIBLE quality. The seams were sticking out, there were no jewels in the pump like the picture. I confronted them about it saying I wanted a refund because I couldn't wear them in public let alone for prom. Well I was told that I could only get a refund if I returned the shoes first but the shipping back was on me. I asked for pictures of the shoes before they were shipped so I could cancel the order if it was wrong; they completely ignored my multiple requests for pictures and shipped the shoes anyway. It will cost me $50 to ship the shoes back and the shoes only cost me $98.
