At first I am so disappointed about shopping here, because I had waited about 4 weeks, but I still don't receive my sexy dress, so I email their customer service, they said that don't worry, your package is on the way, but i had waited so long, i really feel boring, but when i receive the package, i think my dress desercei me to wait so long, because it is really very beautiful, it's so perfect.so I am satisfied now
The dress was beautiful and great quality! Shipping took way longer then it said it would an the shipment tracking was not updated. Customer service was not very helpful either. But when the dress got to my house it was truly beautiful!
I am extremely upset as I made numerous attempts to contact them through messages and emails and they still have not responded! My wear date is in 3 days and I still do not have the dress... and like someone else's complaint, my account says shipped but no other info or updates. This company needs to be stopped. They took my money and did not give me the dress... I will never buy their $#*! again! I only wish I had done a bit more research in the beginning about this company so I could have avoided the mistake of buying from them! Do not buy!
Now almost 3 months since I received a dress from this site. HERE IS WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE DRESS THEY SENT ME:
1. Wrong color. I ordered a dark blue and it came as medium shade
2. It was cut to short in the bodice. The bra was above my breasts.
3. The bustline was sewn 3" SMALLER than the given measurement from my custom order
4. The waistline 2" smaller than the given measurement
5. The ruffles were not as shown in the web site picture. The ruffles pictured were delicate, mine were for a clown costume.
6. Additional requests of a side slit and short side sleeve were not done
7. The shoulder straps were twice as wide as what was pictured on the web.
8. The shoulder strap was to have started gathered from a point in the back. Instead of a gather they sewed a straight seam across the widen back strap.
9. It was a bad attempt at a copy of a designer dress.
I have pictures on my facebook account with the dress comparison on their site and what I received... its absolutely laughable!
After of month of this site offering me a 30 % refund for THEIR screw up AND PayPal losing information in case. I returned the "costume" which was another cost to me... back to China. After 2 months still have not received any refund and now I don't have the dress nor the money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They make knock-off dresses and poorly made attempts at that. PAYPAL HAS ALSO BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND IT IS BECAUSE OF THEIR involvement that this company does business in the US and is able to rip -off customer internationally.

I'll take to TV consumer complaints if I can. DressWE and PayPal are both scamming consumers.

Don't buy anything from here used you don't mind throwing money away. Several months ago I bought a dress off this website. The dress looked nothing like the picture on the web. The quality wasnt what they lead you to believe. I tried to return the dress and after several months of emails back and forth with customer service they agreed to refund me my money if I take the negative review down. So I did and then they asked that I close my claim with paywall and my credit card. Like an idiot I did all that because they said trust us, once you remove the reviewer will refund you. Well of course no refund and now since I closed the claim with PayPal I am left with no recourse. I have copies of all the emails if anyone is interested. I'm sending them to BBB. Basically do t waste your time on this website.

I ordered my dress and paid for expedited shipping as I needed my dress asap and Yumi from service desk was always prompt in replying to my emails and questions and ensuring I was looked after. She responded right up to the moment my dress arrived to ensure I didn't stress and that there service to me was met EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THE DRESS there is no words to the BEAUTY AND ELEGANCE of my dress, the detail was exquisite and the dress was just Cinderella bought to life, EVERYONE complimented on my dress and how beautiful it was... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this website and I will for sure be ordering my clothes from DRESS WE, THANKYOU AGAIN FOR MAKING MY WEEKEND!
Communication was excellent. The dress was more beautiful than in the picture. The beading on the dress was gorgeous. High quality material. Stitching very professional. Only took two weeks for dress to be made. I received the dress within three days of shipping. Similar dress in the bridal store cost $900. We paid $160 on Dresswe.
Easy to order. Dress chart is exact. If you give the right measurements you will get the dress as you ordered. Very nice customer service. Obviously overseas purchase so response time was actually very quick. Dresses came when expected and were actually very nice.
One that was all sequins was a poor choice on my part. It looked cheesy... the other was actually a very well made dress.
From the date of ordering my dress to accessories, and with special measurements on the dress, it only took 2 weeks to have it made, shipped and arrive! Everything arrived as ordered. Thank you!
My experience with DressWE was not just simple. I had to mess about with PayPal because that was the safest option and I would never use bank transfers. I had to email DressWE many screenshots to tell them I had paid because the website told me over again that I hadn't paid. It was soon resolved.
